宿泊した日はとても寒く、部屋のヒーターが２つもあってとても暖かく過ごせました。また、朝食もしっかりしたイングリッシュグレックファーストでよかった。駐車場の入り方がわかりにくいので、事前に確認をされた方がよいかもしれません。１階がバーなのでこの次に泊まるときは、営業時間中に到着したいと思いました。

Clean room, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast Rooms are a little tired, could do with some TLC Overall, good VFM and location

Breakfast was freshly cooked and generous. Full english, or any combination of those ingredients. Cereals are on offer but we didn't have those. Room 6, spacious and comfortable, some repairs needed in the ensuite, water lovely and hot.

Everything you need, though a bit of updating in the bathroom would make it look better, Friendly staff & good evening meal & good quality breakfast. Good value for the money paid Thanks

Lovely over night stay as we were at party in the village . Room was comfy clean and warm . Bit tired but it is an old pub Breakfast was beautiful really tasty very welcome after a late night . Friendly staff thank you

Stayed for one night on a business trip. The Nelson offered good overnight accommodation at a reasonable price. Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were very welcoming. Good evening meal at a reasonable price, breakfast was good, too. Would I stay again?~ Yes

Great place to stay, friendly staff, plenty of parking and comfortable room. Full cooked breakfast if you want it was most enjoyable. Full pub facilities also on site for a relaxing drink. Best measure is always would you stay again ? - and that’s a resounding yes
