Prima centraal gelegen hotel. Goed en gevarieerd ontbijt in een helaas wat krappe ontbijtruimte. Zitplek is ruim genoeg maar aan beide zijden van het zelfbedieningseiland is er nauwelijks ruimte om langs te lopen als er iemand voor staat. Parkeren voor 10 euro per nacht mogelijk op ruim 5 minuten lopen (P1 Bundesallee). We hadden dat vooraf aan het hotel (dat wel de prijs maar niet de locatie in de faciliteitenlijst aangeeft) gevraagd , maar helaas geen antwoord op gekregen. Let op: de meeste parkeergarages zijn duurder, soms tot twee keer zoveel.

This hotel has well-trained staff who are most kind. The breakfast is fabulous!

Frukosten kunde varit bättre! Praktiskt, trevligt och centralt hotell. God service.

Mini Bar hat gefehlt

Alles gut, nur ein mini Bar hat im Zimmer gefehlt.

Breakfast has great variety. Parking is a little complicated but close by. It's an easy walk to the Schwebebahn station.

The plus’s. Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good. The bad. Was given a single room when I had clearly booked and paid for a double room. Because if my late arrival there was no one available to challenge this. So mentioned it after breakfast next morning. Was told I had a ‘promotional’ rate so only got a single. After a strong counter challenge I was offered a double which I did decline as I said I didn’t want to mess up two rooms and make more work for the maids. That is me being nice. The point being the under handed way a single was allocated in the first place. I assume as it was a single you only got one pillow. No spare. Duvet very thin. Carpet worn. Little run down but to be fair ok for what I paid. Certainly would not pay the standard rate for a night !!

Friendly, and the breakfast was great

Staff let me leave my luggage at 11 in morning, and gave me the room key to use after the room had been cleaned (note - reception is closed between 11a.m. and 2) Considering the central location the hotel is very quiet The breakfast was excellent for this type of hotel. It hadvarious plant based milks and yogurts The staff generally were very cheerful - not the norm in German customer facing roles The whole stay was a pleasant surprise

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit toller Auswahl und leckerem Kaffee. Bis auf die Parksituation ist die Lage super und erstaunlich ruhig.

positiv: Die Unterkunft ist zentral und schön ruhig in einer Fußgängerzone:. Besonders hervozuheben ist das super Frühstück negativ: zum Parken muss man ein Parkhaus nutzen, das einige Minuten entfernt ist - ist aber nicht sooh schlimm

Excellent customer service at reception - especially on arrival when we were late for the check- in slot (Reception closes at 10pm message call ahead to arrange late check-in if you're going to arrive later) - the friendly, welcoming receptionist stayed on duty 20 mins beyond her shift until we arrived. Comfort Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable - being a Brit I would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room but this isn't the norm in Germany and it wasn't a big issue/problem. Breakfast buffet at £4 per person was excellent value and good quality with plenty of variety. Again staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and welcoming. No other meals are served but plebty of cafés, bars, restaurants within 2 mins. There is a bar with limited drinks in reception. Location is great for shops, bars, public transport and railway station (10 min walk - taxi takes a seemingly lobg route but this is because of a very quirky road system), and Wuppertal's famous Schwebebahn, the C19th suspended tramway that runs suspended the above the River Wupper from one end if the town to the other...amazing. Ķöln and Dusseldorf are easily accessible by frequent trains. Highly recommend this hotel.

Zimmer dreckig, selbst nach zweimaliger Beschwerde und erneuter Reinigung immer noch schmutzig. Die drei Sterne, die dieses Hotel hat, sind definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt.

Fint hotel midt i centrum. Meget venlig og hjælpsom personale. Særdeles sød receptionist hjalp med telefon app til at betale parkering. God morgenbuffet.

Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Zimmer großund sauber. Ich mag es nicht in der Badewanne zu duschen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
