アルバチアラホテルにしたのは他の方の評価がよかったのと、シーズンオフで価格が手が届く範囲だったので決めました。女子の1人旅でしたが広いお部屋を用意してもらいました。バルコニーが広く、キッチンもついていて、家族や恋人、友達同士で泊まったほうがいいですね。1人には十分すぎるほどでした。海に面していてすぐにビーチに行けるのもいいです。総合的にすごくよかったです。

入室時に部屋をチェックしたら、エアコンが壊れていて水漏れがひどく、床中水浸しｔりたのに、部屋を交換してはくれなかった。その後、メンテナンスのスタッフが部屋に来て1時間以上作業をして帰った。数時間は納まっていた水が夜中に再び漏れ出し、部屋中に流れ出した。休暇で訪れたのに、夜中に掃除をする羽目になった。ポタポタと夜中中、その音が気になって眠れなかった。最悪な経験をした。

Services excellent

Large clean room. Excellent location. Beach front , near good restaurants and shopping.

The hotel has great potential and is located right across a very nice beach. But I found two cockroaches on different days in our bedroom, and the master bedroom shower and jacuzzi did not work. Also, no hot water! We had to turn on and off the shower constantly to get hot water for a bath. Asked for a credit at the front desk for this and I was told that they were so sorry, but no credit. Definitely requires maintenance and better customer service.

El hotel queda justo frente a la playa, el check in fue rapido. El apto que me asignaron no le funciona uno de los aires y lo reporte y no hicieron nada al respecto, no ofrecieron cambiarnos ni ninguna disculpa NADA. Nos toco dormir incomodos esas dos noches. Es muy triste que no les importe que sus clientes no vuelvan es mi quinta vez alli y creo que no vuelvo mas. El lugar esta muy ruidoso y si tampoco les importa mantener el funcionamiento basico de lo que incluyen los apartamentos pues ya no se puede volver.

The warm welcome of the front desk , follow by a beautiful stunning suite, very clean ,sheets and towels had a fresh clean smell, i went for one night and decided to stay another one , fell in love with this place, thank you to all the staff , definitely will be back soon

The lady at the office was very kind and diligent

They have a full kitchen, so you’re able to cook your own meals. Otherwise, right outside you have local restaurants that offer fresh fish.

It was the best part of our trip, we felt so welcome, the staff at the desk, the huge smile of the doorman, the managers and the ladies in the breakfast area, the pool was clean even after rainy days, we would love to go back next year

The pool and room were excellent, and the breakfast was good. However, the area is very loud both day and night, which made it hard to fully relax.

I everything was fine great breakfast included front desk personnel Leydis very pleasant and helpful lady always there for you

Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff. It's right on the beach, easy parking in front. Very central, short walk to stores and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet but you also have a kitchen. Big pool with a bar. We have visited Las Terrenas multiple times and this is our favorite place to stay.
