スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです！！ 設備は少し古そうですが、デザインがよく清潔感があるので、心地よく過ごすことができました。

このホテルはフランス側に所在するので、ホテル料金は物価の高いスイスよりは比較的安価ですし、買い物に関しては近くのスーパーで一通りそろえられるのでその点は便利です。 スタッフは親切ですが、英語がほとんど話せないため、外国人にとってはやや意思の疎通が難しいと思います。 空港からホテル提携のタクシーをお願いしましたが、ホテルと電話での意思疎通がうまくできず、提携のタクシーを見つけ乗るまでに30分以上かかりました。 ホテル到着を急ぐ方は、UBERなどを利用したほうがいいです。 また、朝食の種類が少ないので、種類を増やしてほしいです。

I stayed one night before leaving Basel airport. There is a free transfer to the airport. The hotel restaurant is very nice. It is a small town, but there are few tourists.

観光する場所としてはちょっと離れたところにありますが、バーゼル空港に近い（タクシーで１５ユーロ程）ところにあり、空港を利用する方には便利だと思います。 部屋でもWi-Fiが使え、非常に便利でした。机が用意されているのですが、そこにコンセントが２つも装備されていて、使いやすかったです。お風呂はバスタブのないタイプですが、非常にきれいでした。ただ１点、冷蔵庫がないのが残念なところでした。とはいえ、部屋にエスプレッソを入れる機械があったり、バスローブやスリッパが用意されていたりして、快適に過ごせました。 ホテルの近くにスーパーがあり、食品の買い出しには便利でした。近くに飲食店は全くないということはないですが、あまり多い方ではありません。歩いて１５分くらいのサンルイ駅（フランス国鉄）からかバスでバーゼルに行ったほうが、たくさんのレストランがあります。 朝食付きだったというのも良かったです。一通りのフランスの朝食？が味わえました。 受付の方の対応は良く、英語も通じ、チェックアウトの際にホテル税で２ユーロほどの支払いをしたのですが、気持ちよく領収書を発行してくれましたし、快く荷物も預かってくれました。帰りにタクシーを利用したのですが、予約もでき、時間通りにクルマ（エクスプローラー）を呼んでくれました。 街中の喧騒を嫌い、フランスの地方の雰囲気を味わいたい方にはとても良いホテルだと思います。

Incroyable rapport qualité prix

The staff at Hotel Villa K are what set it apart - we had a truly excellent stay with WONDERFUL customer service (down to the receptionist writing out a note for me to most easily purchase bus tickets to get to downtown Basel). A delightful jewel of a hotel!

Très belle grande chambre dans charmant hotel près de l’aéroport. Le transport gratuit vers l’hotel et aéroport fut très rapide et bien organisé et très apprécié. Personnel hyper sympatique.

The hotel is lovely but trying to organise the airport shuttle was painful. I sent four messages (via hotels.com and email) asking how to book it with no reply. I was later told they only answer the phone (not helpful). Breakfast is very good in both quality and quantity.

Property clean, staff friendly and helpful, and restaurant food and staff excellent! Exceeded our expectations!

Nice and clean

I liked it all especially the breakfast and overall decor of the place. They thought of many things that made the stay great. Only the pick up driver was a cranky driver

The staff was very helpful directing us to where we were trying to go. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room was so bright and cheerful. It as surrounded by lovely gardens and flowers. We loved the shower and found our room very quiet and comfortable.

Room was unique for a hotel, was clean and had pretty much everything you would need. Girl at desk Bruna was very helful geeting ice and showing us our room.

The 24 hour airport shuttle is reason enough to stay at this lovely hotel!

It was a delightful surprise to find this impressive boutique hotel. Staff were excellent & our room was more than we expected. The restaurant served a plentiful, unique, & varied dinner on the patio. Despite the incredible heat it was fairly cool. And so delicious. Our stay was made even better when they provided taxi service from Basel airport & then to the airport the next morning. Promptly on time. I regret not using the spa service.
