スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです！！ 設備は少し古そうですが、デザインがよく清潔感があるので、心地よく過ごすことができました。

このホテルはフランス側に所在するので、ホテル料金は物価の高いスイスよりは比較的安価ですし、買い物に関しては近くのスーパーで一通りそろえられるのでその点は便利です。 スタッフは親切ですが、英語がほとんど話せないため、外国人にとってはやや意思の疎通が難しいと思います。 空港からホテル提携のタクシーをお願いしましたが、ホテルと電話での意思疎通がうまくできず、提携のタクシーを見つけ乗るまでに30分以上かかりました。 ホテル到着を急ぐ方は、UBERなどを利用したほうがいいです。 また、朝食の種類が少ないので、種類を増やしてほしいです。

I stayed one night before leaving Basel airport. There is a free transfer to the airport. The hotel restaurant is very nice. It is a small town, but there are few tourists.

観光する場所としてはちょっと離れたところにありますが、バーゼル空港に近い（タクシーで１５ユーロ程）ところにあり、空港を利用する方には便利だと思います。 部屋でもWi-Fiが使え、非常に便利でした。机が用意されているのですが、そこにコンセントが２つも装備されていて、使いやすかったです。お風呂はバスタブのないタイプですが、非常にきれいでした。ただ１点、冷蔵庫がないのが残念なところでした。とはいえ、部屋にエスプレッソを入れる機械があったり、バスローブやスリッパが用意されていたりして、快適に過ごせました。 ホテルの近くにスーパーがあり、食品の買い出しには便利でした。近くに飲食店は全くないということはないですが、あまり多い方ではありません。歩いて１５分くらいのサンルイ駅（フランス国鉄）からかバスでバーゼルに行ったほうが、たくさんのレストランがあります。 朝食付きだったというのも良かったです。一通りのフランスの朝食？が味わえました。 受付の方の対応は良く、英語も通じ、チェックアウトの際にホテル税で２ユーロほどの支払いをしたのですが、気持ちよく領収書を発行してくれましたし、快く荷物も預かってくれました。帰りにタクシーを利用したのですが、予約もでき、時間通りにクルマ（エクスプローラー）を呼んでくれました。 街中の喧騒を嫌い、フランスの地方の雰囲気を味わいたい方にはとても良いホテルだと思います。

Breakfast is great. The staff keeps the breakfast area clean.

Cute hotel about 18 minutes from the Saint Louis Tran station. The breakfast was simple and convenient. There was no AC for April when we went (common in Europe) and they didn’t have a portable fan to give us so our room was very stuffy. We had to open our window a bit to get air but we were facing a street so it was a little noisy. This is very common at hotels across Europe - no AC in certain months; I think they only turn it on May/June into summer. This was the first hotel that didn’t have a fan to give us so keep that in mind if you need air flow and travelling early Spring. Other than that the hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly. They walked us up to our room to show us the way and provided the extra sheet that we needed. There’s also a delicious dessert place near the hotel.
