An Oasis in Cucuta!

Everything was excellent. Just would like to get more beds around the pool. All personal service was really helpfull and outstanding.

Paso por Cúcuta de tránsito. Buena.

Solo el detalle de la luz mi último día y medio de estadía. Debería haber más comunicación con los clientes al respecto para uno tomar decisiones para estar más tranquila antes de viajar. Aunque es algo técnico no es culpa del propietario aún así debe haber comunicación para así entonces el cliente tomar decisión. Pero por lo demás excelente ese es mi nidito de amor. Y pronto estaré allí con más personas personaspernces

Beautiful resort with 2 pools. Quite area Nice friendly and helpful staff. Rappi delivery can be to the room. Cheaper rooms are always with twin beds, so have to choose a premium room to get a bigger bed. Loud music from the pool all weekend into late night (not on weekdays) No microwave or safe deposit box in the room. Restaurant is very expensive. No gym.

Almost like a resort. If i owned the place i would strive to make it more that way

The property is excellent, but they need to renovate the rooms ASAP before getting old and rusty, they need to put new sheets, towels, batteries on the AC remote, one of the room didn’t have soap and shampoo in the bottles, in other words they need to pay attention in MAINTENANCE, the hotel is excellent, location, pool and everything, hopefully the take care on those detail soon.

Sugerencias: No servía el agua caliente, solo nos daban 2 toallas por día y éramos dos adultos y dos niños, los colchones son muy antiguos y amanecíamos con mucho dolor de espalda, en cuanto al resto del hotel es muy ameno.

Pésimo servicio en recepción al entrar y al salir. No me dieron factura del cobro del IVA que además no procedía porque era una reserva con impuestos incluidos tal como lo dice expresamente el correo

Buen hotel, solo que cambiaron el reglamento sin avisar, usualmente con el sello del pasaporte nos exoneraban del pago del impuesto de transeunte al que tenemos derecho

Se le pidió al servicio de la no he que ajustara el agua caliente y dijeron enviar y no lo hicieron el servicio de botón no existe correctamente me tocó bajar la maleta y le dije que al momento de registrar que no podía

El hotel es muy bonito con tinte campestre

Atención esmerada, calidad precio valor, sitio tranquilo muy seguro, limpieza a fondo
