My wife and I are touring France. We wanted to stay in a small village off the beaten path. This was an unexpected, pleasant surprise. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The dining experience was five-star thanks to the owner and chef who has impeccable credentials including many prominent and royal families in Europe. Definitely a repeat for us.

The geographical area as well as the village in which the Auberge is located are exceptionally beautiful.

Just the right distance from Cherbourg en route to the Dordogne Lovely meal in the restaurant Would stop here again

Chambre spatieuse , grande douche à l’italienne, à l’arrivée : café thé petits gâteaux bouteille d’eau dans la chambre , très bonne idée, très apprécié. Excellent accueil, petit dej correct sucré salé , excellent dîner pour un prix correct. Parking sur place . Je recommande !

Just an overnight stay after a long journey. The host was very friendly. However, our limited French and his complete lack of English did make communication a little difficult. We enjoyed an excellent dinner that was extremely good value. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable.

He estado en malos hoteles y este. Lo elegí por ser el mejor calificado y no era nada barato. La comida fatal. Cero pensado para niños, no había estacionamiento. La recepción horrible casi nos dijieron que nos hacían un favor ya que habíamos hecho reserva por la aplicación. El cuarto antigua, las camas súper incómodas. Y no que hablar de la ropa de cama. El baño igual al de un hospital. Limpio aunque una de las toallas olía a sudor. Muy tranquilo y silencioso por la noche pero debes irte a las 10 en punto. No es un hotel para descansar ni agradable. Muy viejo.

Seul inconvenient , cet hôtel est situe dans un village un peu a l’ecart, d’où un accès par de petites routes. Mais c'est la campagne et cela compense.

Well decorated room and comfy bed. No kitchen just a lounge to make tea or coffee.

De typische Franse auberge-stijl is voor ons altijd zeer aantrekkelijk en aangenaam. Gezellig, ontspannen en lekker ouderwetse meubels. Dit gekoppeld aan een uitstekend restaurant is werkelijk de max.

Le village était charmant et calme. Le personnel très accueillant et arrangeant. Seul petit bémol étant l'insonorisation entre les chambres.

Excellent hotel. as mid-winter, restaurant menu limited but nevertheless good.

Lovely small French village. Host was very helpful as restaurant was closed they prepared a meal just for us. Ideally located to split the journey down to the south of France.

Quiet village close to autoroute. Next to nature reserve which is ideal for dog walks.

I had to cancel the one night, as scheduled, in the afternoon of the booked night. They not only charged me one night but two. I had to call the hotel myself and they acknowledged the mistake but could not reimburse me on my credit card. It's beyond my comprehensions how the hotel can easily charge me an extra night by mistake but cannot reimburse me their mistake.
