総合評価とレビュー Hotel Brasov

このホテルはメールで送付されるリンク先にアクセスしてオンラインチェックインする方式を取っているが、メール送信トラブルだったらしく、メールが受信できていなかったためオンラインチェックインということがわからなかった。通常のホテルのつもりで直接ホテルに行ってチェックインしようとしたが、フロントには誰もおらず、呼んでも誰も出てこないため、2時間近く待つことになった。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預けたかったが、フロントに常時人がいないので荷物受取に手間取ると思われ、預けず持ち歩いて観光したため大変だった。

仕事で利用しました。 ・ＷｉＦｉは電波が弱く、フロント前（６畳程度）では問題なく使えますが、部屋の入口からデスクのある窓辺に向かってだんだんと接続状況が悪くなります。他の宿泊者の利用状況にもよりますが、窓辺では使えないと考えた方がよく、有線ＬＡＮ（ケーブル持参が無難）をお勧めします。 ・チェックインは２４時間可能でした。ただし、夜間は不寝番が１人いるだけのようなので、念のため、事前にチェックインの見込み時刻を通知した方がよいと思われます。 ・部屋の電話から国際電話をかけられませんでした。私はメールで代用可能でしたのでこの問題を解決しようとしませんでしたが、ホテルの案内では使えることになっていたので私の使い方がよくなかったのかもしれません。 ・風呂桶はなく、シャワーのみです。お湯を出そうと蛇口をひねっても数分間は水が出てきました。だだし、出始めたらばその後は十分な熱さのお湯が出てきました。タオルは潤沢に提供されますが、アメニティはあまりありません。ただし、ホテルの案内によると歯磨き等は頼めば出てくるそうです。 ・セキュリティボックスは普通に使えました。 ・テレビは英語ニュースのチャンネルを見つけられませんでした。テレビにも目覚ましがついています。 ・フィットネスやサウナは利用しませんでしたので、評価できません。あまり大きなホテル（建物）ではないので、それほど設備が充実しているわけではないのではないでしょうか。 ・朝食付きですが、昼食・夕食時はレストランとしては利用できません。 ・観光地からは離れているので、時間を見つけて旧市街地でも見よう、という方には不向きだと思います。 ・おそらく３階建てです。エレベータはなく、階段のみです。 ・シングル利用でしたが、空いていたせいか広いツインの部屋に案内してもらいました。ただ、ツインルームのベッドはシングルサイズで、シングルルームのベッドはダブルサイズだったようなので、部屋の広さよりもベッドの大きさを重視する方はフロントに確認された方がよいでしょう。 ・近くにスーパーやレストランがあまりありませんので、徒歩での移動を覚悟したほうがよいと思います。１人で出歩いても問題ない程度には治安はよいようです。 ※ この入力欄は垂直方向のスクロールがおかしいので、入力しながらも画面が縦にブレるので、大変に使いづらく、入力する気が失せます。

Great place, everybody was very welcoming

The hotel says they have sauna but there is no staff around so no way to use it.Same for coffee they say is available 24h but the machine only works in the mornings. Otherwise is Ok

Litet fint hotell nära centrum, stora rymliga rumed aircondition, bra frukost och trevlig personal. Kommer gärna hit igen.

Horrible experience. We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Every time you shower, the drain keeps flooding the entire bathroom, disgusting. Only four parking spots for the entire hotel, first come first serve, the rest have to pay street parking fees. The entire room had a single power outlet. The breakfast was the single good thing we experienced in the hotel. We're happy we only stayed for a single night. Can't recommend.

O hotel é bom. Nota 9,0(4,5 se a maxima for 5). Recepcionista Paul foi simpatico no check In. Teve um problema de demora por achar minha reserva e estava toda hora perguntado quanto eu havia pago. Mas logo *apareceu* minha reserva e tudo se resolveu... Indico.

Totalmente recomendable para alojarse en Brasov. El personal es muy amable y muy atento y las habitaciones son grandes, con baño privado y están muy limpias.

Comfortable, large room. Friendly staff. About halfway between the train station and the old town - either is about a 15 minute walk - although there's not a great deal on the doorstep, you have to walk for a bit to find bars or restaurants.

This hotel is on a busy street that is not so pretty. Once we stepped inside Andreea made us feel welcome. She helped us plan our trip with great detail. The location was great as it was quiet and a very quick Uber ride to the old town. The hotel is not fancy but super clean and comfortable. Try it!

Good value/price ration

This is very nice hotel. Very clean and the room has all the amenities you want. There is free parking on site and the front desk is staffed 24 hours. It is a bit far from the ‘action’ of the Old Town but Uber is so cheap it’ll cost you $2 to get there. Oh, have a mentioned Brasov is gorgeous?

Everything was good and I had a nice stay.

職員很友善，熱心幫助尋找旅遊路線～酒店距離火車站大約10分鐘步行路程，短暫停留OK，距離市中心大約8分鐘車程，步行要半小時以上，有點遠～酒店沒有電梯，有大型行李的不建議，便宜酒店～整體不錯的！

Nice hotel for the money. Small but affordable breakfast. Good location to old town. Private parking in the back. Friendly staff. I would recommend it.
