私たちが宿泊した時、ホテルは改装中でした。ファミリールーム（大人2名、子供1名）にはダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド1台が用意されていましたが、実際にはシングルベッド3台が用意されていました。2回目の宿泊で、前回は素晴らしかったのですが、今回はそうではありませんでした。部屋とバスルームは2000年代初頭のような古さでした。受付の対応はあまり良くありませんでした。ベルマンと警備員は丁寧でした。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しく、屋上にあるレストランの雰囲気も素晴らしかったです。

体調が悪かったので朝食のルームサービスを頼んだのですが、応答がなく、折り返し電話すると言われたのですが、結局電話がかからず、朝食も出ませんでした。部屋は古いですが、機能は十分です。受付のスタッフがなぜそれほどフレンドリーでないのか不思議です。運転手は親切でしたが、タフでした。

スタッフは皆礼儀正しく、親しみやすく、いつも笑顔で、笑顔で挨拶してくれます。サービスも迅速で、親切です。

ホテルはとても素敵で、スタッフもとても親切で、荷物を運ぶのをいつも手伝ってくれます。スタッフはいつも笑顔でした。立地もとても良いです。今まで泊まった部屋の中で一番安くて良い部屋です。立地も良いです。いつも急いで出かけてしまうので、食事を試さなかったのは残念です。

Very kind staff and clean room

Standard hotel but enough for transit only in a few hours.

Tidak ada colokan bulat lalu komplen ga bisa pindah kamar. Di suruh beli adaptornya dengan harga 100k. Colokan bulatnya di bawah rusak. Sikat gigi ga ada. Pokoknya sangat buruk untuk harga segitu.

Not good experience at hotel restaurant staff.

Cons.- Weird smell not only in the bedroom but also in the hallways and elevators. It smelled like a combination of moulds, smoke and wet wood.- Shower heater not working.- Furniture was old, the seats were uncomfortable. If you're looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is not the place for you.- We almost missed breakfast since the staff forgot to ask about our meal preference during check-in, we had to ask for it. On top of this, you are only allowed to eat breakfast inside the room which would be delivered to you, seems like a hospital patient.- Cafe food was too expensive. You'd get better and more french fries from fast food than buying here. Pros.- The staff were friendly and patient.- The staff helped in carrying our luggage. Overall, this place needs a lot of improvement. Their app rating is too high for its current status.

I have been to many hotels but this is the only hotel that asked for deposit money. It is okay with that anyway the money will be returned on check out but what is that for? Nothing to secure inside the room. The wifi is weak. Its on and off.

Hot shower wasn't working during our whole stay even if we already filed a complaint the evening before our check out. The elevator was out of order. Doorman clearly new we had heavy luggages and needed assistance keeping the entrance/exit door open but ignored us anyway.

Accommodating front desk staff, good food, big room but a little dusty. It was an interesting experience.

It was a nice experience for us since we needed to rest from a 10hr drive from Bicol. The bed was not too big but it was alright and comfy. Breakfast was good also. Parking is available and safe with CCTV. This was my second time in this hotel and will still choose this when we're around this area.

The frontdesk officer is accommodating. The room is clean but the aircon is quite not cold enough for the standard of a foreign guest. It's affordable.

Room very very small and also very small window.

So far so good, with a little need to improve. I had requested a simply air freshener due to the unwanted smell of room but unfortunately, they didn't respond pertaining to my request. No toothbrush.

The hotel is so clean. Just because its near the airport and road, You can hear the noise all night long, My friend and I cant sleep. But aside from that all was great.

Our stay was great. Just want to inform the management about the incompleteness of room stuff for ex no room slippers and (toiletry-cotton buds) provided. The rest was fair enough.

The room is the same with the picture. It’s close to NAIA 2 so, it was perfect for us. It’s also close to Baclaran and MOA.
