受付のお姉さんが親切だっ。

他の口コミのとおり部屋に入ると確かに少し匂うけど窓を開けるほどでもなく3分もすれば慣れる。エアコンの起動まで2～3分かかった。 フロントの対応は親切で、基本的には清潔・安心でよかった。ホテルの裏には日本からのお客さんが多いレストランも有り、ミケランジェロ広場までの徒歩も多少頑張れば問題ない距離で、無計画の旅には助かる立地だった。

洗面所の排水が出来なかった

全体的に快適で部屋もきれいで文句ないですが２点だけ贅沢を言うと 1.夜などほかの宿泊者がいる時間帯はWIFIがつながりにくい 2.朝食が7:30を過ぎてもまったく用意されておらず仕事で利用だったのでそこは困った。 それ以外はスタッフも親切でまったく総合的に問題ありません。

You have a private parking just in front of the hotel. They provide free water for all of us to visit the city (very hot day)

Hotel was the perfect stay for us in Florence. Quiet area, friendly staff and very large, modern rooms. The area was also safe to walk around at night. Only 5-10 minute walks to major sites. The hotel staff really stood out for us. They were helpfulness in laying out the map and showing us typical routes to see everything. Hotel being family ran business, you could really tell that they care for their customers. Great stay and would highly recommend!!!

Arredo passabile, bagni e pulizia ok, colazione ok

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal och fantastiskt läge nära stadens centrum. Negativa var att det var väldigt lyhört, inte jättesköna sängar samt avloppslukt inne på toaletten.

Zimmer war tadellos sauber, leider ohne Schrank. Das Bad vom Besten was ich in dieser Hotelklasse so gesehen habe: gross, schön gemacht, alles funktioniert, keinerlei Kalkkrusten an der Duschbrause und sauber.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Good central point to get to all the sites and only 7 min walk from the train station. The rooms are newly remodeled, comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly. We had to leave early for a tour one day and they packed our breakfast in to go bags and had them waiting for us before we left.

Location was great! Staff mis quoted fees to stay at hotel and ask to pay by cash.

Excellent hotel. Allowed early check in, rate was good, breakfast was good, bathroom was newly renovated. Only cons- location is a bit outside the city center and the room was small. Overall, an excellent stay!

La struttura e' situata in comoda posizione rispetto a tutto il centro storico , si raggiunge con piacevole passeggiata . Ha il parcheggio per l'auto e accettano i cani . Ottima e varia colazione al mattino
