Reservamos um quarto q dizia ter ar condicionado mas NÃO tinha ar e nem calefação. O quarto não tinha mesas de cabeceira nem luminaria. Sugeriram trocar para um quarto de fundos e maior porem sem ar e para isso tivemos que pagar 266 dólares!!

Gran elección para hospedarse en Palermo , hotel pequeño boutique con todos los servicios muy cerca de plaza serrano , viajamos con mis papás que son adultos mayores, el personal fue maravilloso siempre atentos ,, volveremos sin duda

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, and both the maintenance and overall condition of the property are topnotch. I traveled with my mother, and our stay couldn’t have been more pleasant. The staff truly made the difference everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. Javier at the front desk was outstanding: professional, knowledgeable, and always ready with great recommendations for restaurants, tourist spots, and anything else we needed. Inés was exceptionally warm and professional with my mother, which we truly appreciated. Ariel also did a great job and contributed to the overall positive experience. This boutique hotel is definitely toptier in Palermo Soho. Highly recommended! incredible safe for tourist . Breakfast was also good overall and a nice way to start the day.

Cuando hice la reserva solicité en la app y vía mail al hotel habitación con camas separadas porque viajaba con una amiga y nos dieron matrimonial. El baño tenía una pérdida de agua en la cisterna y había un charco que no nos pudieron solucionar porque no habían más habitaciones disponibles por lo cual se pusieron unos toallones para que el agua no siguiera pasando. No nos fuimos porque llegamos tarde después de un viaje largo y los recepcionistas fueron muy amables en tratar de solucionarnos.

Hotel sem placa ou qualquer tipo de identificação. Portas e janelas fechadas 24h. Para entrar no hotel é necessário tocar o interfone. Cafe da manhã simples/basico. Serviço de quarto não ocorre todo dia. Para um hotel botique , de 4 estrelas, o serviço deixou muito a desejar. Pontos positivos: educação dos funcionários, localização e conforto das camas.

Other than a few humidity stains on a few areas of the walls and ceiling and the shampoo not smelling great the hotel was awesome, staff extremely helpful and the location is amazing! The staff even got the breakfast out a bit early since they knew we were leaving early. Walkable to toms of shopping and dining options.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected, they were kind enough to allow us to check in early. The breakfast was great and the location was convenient with two coffee shops just feet from the front door.

Family friendly, hospitable, kind and generous staff.

Este hotel está en un lugar espectacular. Y sus trabajadores son muy amables. Sin embargo, este hotel hace años que no se renueva y está viejito. La ducha, por ejemplo, no difumina bien el agua y acaba siendo un único chorro. Cómo bañarse con una bañera. Aparte de que estaba muy alta y tenías que subir la pierna muchísimo para entrar. Una persona mayor se mata. El hotel podría ser un encanto pero está falto de mantenimiento. El gimnasio está destrozado e inservible. Pagué 150 dólares por noche y un hotel así debería cobrar la mitad hasta que no se renueve. Al estar en Palermo y muy céntrico, quizás podrían llegar a los 90. Más que eso es demasiado. Una lástima porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial. Hay cosas como una mano de pintura, que no deberían ser tan difíciles de aplicar.

KATASTROPHE!!! der Marktpreis solch ein Hotel durfte die 60€/Nacht nicht übersteigen. Ich habe 150€/Nacht bezahlt!!! Die Bilder, die man auf auf der Home Page sieht, sind nicht aktuell!!!

Wonderful location in Palermo -- very walkable. The staff is very helpful and kind. I'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel and staff. Everyone was super helpful. Great location - Palermo has many excellent restaurants and shops and is easy to reach from the cruise port and airports.

Razoável, ducha não funciona muito bem, wifi instável. A equipe é muito simpática e são muito atentos. Excelente localização, próximo a bons restaurantes e lojas

O hotel é bem localizado, as camas são confortáveis e as toalhas são boas. O café da manhã foi sempre o mesmo, muito glúten e não tem ovos e nem opções saudáveis. A recepção está com aparência de falta de manutenção com paredes descascando. O vidro da porta da entrada estava quebrado seguro por um plástico. Ocupamos 3 quartos. Um dos quartos pediu um check out por volta de 12h/13h numa segunda feira e foi negado. No entanto, disponibilizaram o café da manhã antecipado num dia de excursão.

El servicio no fue el mejor, la limpieza del baño al llegar no fue la que esperaba, estaba sucio.

Udmærket hotel - fin og imødekommende service. Renlighed af fineste standard. Fjernsynet virkede ikke - men jeg burger min computer, så jeg schade ikke noget om det til dem. Jeg kan ellers godt lige lide at scanne de lokale kanaler; men på spansk ville det under alle omstændigheder vær svær at få andet end et overfladisk indtryk.
