夜、リビングが暗い。照明が少ない。 室内のルームクリーニングの終了時間が遅い。人手不足で大変そうだった。 16:00頃、外出からかえっても、終わっていないことが多かった。

ちょっとゆっくりしたい方におすすめ。部屋も広く、朝食付き。とっても良かったです。

清潔で綺麗なホテルでした。 ホテルの周りは飲食店や駅がなく少し不便でした。 スタッフは高圧的で笑顔がなく、残念でした。

宮殿が正面から見える部屋に3泊しました。地理的にはやや市内のハズレですが、トラムの駅が近いので、全く問題ないです。トラムの2日券とか3日券を利用したら、便利です。ベランダの掃除がイマイチで、雑草がかなり生えていたのが気になりましたが、公園の緑と、宮殿をゆっくり眺めることができて、癒された時間を過ごすことができました。

シェーンブルン宮殿までまっすぐ、ゆっくり歩いても10分かかりません。自然豊かな敷地内にある高級ホテルです。リッチでゆったりした時間を満喫できます。

場所や部屋の広さなどコストパフォーマンスが高いホテルだが、朝8時過ぎから掃除担当が部屋のドアをノックして、部屋に入ろうと試みる非常識な点がある。朝食会場でもちょっとでも皿の上の料理が減ると、すぐに下げようとするので、落ち着いて食事も出来ない。全般的に改善すべき点が多い。

併設するレストランが、とても美味しかった。

4連泊しましたが、毎日きちんと清掃してくださり、快適に過ごすことができました。 夕食も何度かレストランを利用しましたが、スタッフの対応もとてもよかったです。 チェックアウトの日も、夜までスーツケースを快く預かってくれ、とても助かりました。

Lobby was cool but room was roasting. A member of Staff kicked my suitcase before putting it in the storage. I am gold but was ignored at the checkout queue while people pushed in but were answered instead of joining the queue. A terribly managed hotel.

No proper Shower, after the complaining there simply said hotel is full just manage what you have. Check-in and Check-out process was a nightmare. No AC working in the room. With the kind of Brand I was expecting better service.

Overall a great stay at the Doubletree hotel. Convenient for the Schonbrunn Palace and underground station, approx. 20min walk. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with all our queries. The breakfast was very filling and such a choice. We enjoyed the bar food, and although not advertised this was also available as room service. My only criticism would be with the steam room, it wasn't working when we arrived and 6days later still not available despite our questions on it's return to service. Overall well worth another visit.

Everything was great; the amenities, spa, the restaurant, staff, location, cleanness.

totally useless staff, no idea what a hotel is. no idea even how to check in people, check resrvations. NEVER AGAIN

Unfortunately not reflective of the brand I was learning to trust and enjoy. The staff have never smiled so it seems. The checkin was painless but again was not the welcome we expected considering how much we paid. The property seems fresh, but the rooms have poor amenities. Basic at best. We switched rooms twice and accepted the third one. The air conditioning was not working in two rooms and the front desk made it seem like an upgrade to the one with ac. Though it sounded like a plane was mid air it was so noisy. They did not do housekeeping daily. In fact, we had to request it after the second night. The linens were good, but the “fresh” towels smelled like they have been washed without detergent. The location is not central to anything without a cab ride of at least 10 mins which starts to add up. I am sure better is out there!

Alles bestens, immer wieder

Very nice hotel, affordable breakfast with lots of choices. This hotel is 15 min walk to the Shonbrunn palace and 20 min walk to subway to go down town. Rooms are clean every second day. Hotel have a bar with finger food available for dinner it also have a small shelf service snack outlet wich I liked very much. Hotel is near several restaurant. I highly recomend this hotel if you d'ont mind takind subway to go down town. Use of subway is very easy and safe and clean.
