Sehr schönes Hotel, in ruhiger Lage mit gutem Frühstück.

Clean room, good facilities such as smart tv, iron & board, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities etc. Nice shower. Lovely restaurant which also does a good breakfast. Friendly staff everywhere. Easy & ample safe parking accessed via a long driveway.

Fantastic location, lovey rooms and access to the car park straight from my ground floor room. This hotel is perfect for me, in a quiet location with beautiful scenery and fantastic food. I have stayed in many hotels in this area and this one is easily in my top 3. Food prices is a little on the high side but I try to ignore that to enjoy the high standards this hotel adheres to. Thanks very much Hogarths, I’ll be back 😉

Nice relaxed 2 nights at the Hogarth's hotel, breakfast was great and restaurant food was good . The room was very comfortable.

Not the biggest room, but bright, fresh & clean. I was in the converted roof area with velux windows. Nice shower (no bath option), lovely warm towel rail at all times, and L’Occitane products. Room has a smart tv with Netflix, a safe, ironing board & iron, good hairdryer, still & sparkling water & tea & coffee making facilities. There is a temp control with fan. Nice quiet room with a very comfortable bed & pillows. There are electric blackout blinds at the windows, but a light that comes on under the sink in the bathroom illuminated the room too much at nighttime for me. I covered it the best I could but the bathroom door is glass (not see through!), so it still leaked out. Lovely approach to the hotel via a long drive with a horse riding school etc. Plenty of on-site parking. Friendly staff & a nice brassiere for dinner/breakfast.

Very friendly reception team. Beautiful grounds. Lovely evening meal. One star deducted because at ths price, there shouldn’t be lumpy pillows and the breakfast experience was not as great. When welcomed at breakfast, I mentioned the team member seemed to have sore foot. I didn’t expect her to tell me she had a corn on her foot. Slightly off putting. It took a long time to get a coffee and they were slow to take the breakfast order.

Room was hige but got guite cold and heating was limited to when the hotel decided it should be on.. no stats in ylthe room itself. Restaurnat was a fair walk away.

Beautiful hotel. Great location and stunning grounds. Very nice dining facilities and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The highlights are the beautiful, quiet grounds, spacious room with a fantastic power shower, and a lovely breakfast. Also, lots of parking available. The only downside was that the room got very hot and stuffy at night, which affected our sleep.

Have stayed here multiple times but felt let down by the service in the restaurant in the evening. Dining alone, I just want to eat and go, got seated and then was left for 25 minutes. Eventually had to flag down a member of staff who didn't appear to care. Food was ok, but staff need to be a bit more attentive. Key card failed in the morning and despite reception trying to reprogram the card , had to wait 44 minutes to get back in my room whilst waiting for maintenance. This put me way behind schedule for the day before

Great Place to stay

Very cold room, tried to turn the heating up but didn’t work. Was asked to pay on departure but had paid on arrival. Took too long to sort out had to leave and was late for a business meeting. Not very well organised. Shame really as it’s a nice hotel. Staff very helpful.

Good welcome, recently refurbished rooms are incredibly comfortable. Slept like a log! Only had a burger for dinner but menu looked good. Great breakfast. Staff lovely
