セビリア中心部からバス(03,37,LS 頻度6-10本/時)で約35分のところにあるけれど、中心部のオスタルより安く、かつ、30m2以上のスタジオでキッチン、バスタブ、冷暖房完備(夜間0℃でも天気ヒーターとエアコンで十分暖かい)のゆったりした空間でくつろげる。 　建物と設備はおそらく築30年前後と思われ、質素で簡便な設備だけれど特に不具合はなく、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、フラットテレビ(HDMI port Macbook OK)、カウチ等便利に使える。 　給電能力は高く、エアコン、ヒーター、電子レンジ、テレビその他全て使ってもブレーカーは落ちない。欧州の古い設備のアパートはうち二つで電源が落ちて黒闇になることがある。 　難点としては、給湯能力が弱いのか、時間帯によりシャワーが水になり、またWiFiもときどき不安定だった。 　他の客にほとんど会わなかったけれど、客層は、家族旅行や業務滞在が多いように思えた。ホテル的な朝食サービスもあり、フロントは24時間対応で遅着や緊急時にも安心できる。 　2023年6月までバス料金が半額(最低費用バスカード1.5＋チャージ7.0ユーロ)で、0.7が0.35ユーロになっている。 　1週間以上滞在し、ときどき自炊や無外出で過ごすような滞在には最適と思う。 　Bellavistaは観光地ではないものの、住民向けのスーパーマーケット、飲食店も多くあり治安と生活環境は良い。 　ちなみに、2023年2月は、東京の春(最高20℃)の気候で、8AMから7PMまで明るく、さらに暑くなる春・夏より良い季節だと思う。

The breakfast menu was ok but limited to just continental. There isn't enough option. Should include fruits and a cooked breakfast for those who prefer it. Should also cater for dietary requirements such as alergies, celiac disease and diabetes. For example, I try to avoid a high carbohydrate diet because I am borderline diabetic, so I eat mostly fruits, eggs, bacon, fresh meat sausages, beans and vegetables but I felt like I wasn't given that choice. There's always room for improvement.

Apartamento modesto pero espacioso y bien equipado. Cogimos uno familiar con cocina incluida. Zona tranquila

Le ménage est fait à tous les jours, le chauffage et la clim fonctionnent très bien. Tout est ok, un peu bruyant en soirée.

Studio spacieux et propre

The neighborhood was calm but 40 mins with the bus far from the center. The apartments are really noisy but the room is big and has minimum of what you need. The hotel Personal are friendly. It's ok

Hay poco sitio para aparcar, y el desayuno solo consta de bollos industriales, tostadas y café. No hay huevos, no hay bacon…..

Estuve visitando a mí familia en Sevilla, nos dieron un baño y estuvo estupendamente, sitio realmente limpio y personal amable

Appartement hotel en dehors de seville, bien situé au niveau transport, tres propre et personnel tres gentil. Le petit dejeuner est correct pour le prix mais il manque des fruits et des laitages, a mon gout, pas beaucou de choix.

Wonderful location, somewhat cold but they provided extra heaters

This was an outstanding stay front the minute we arrived. We opened the door to a bright, spacious, spotless mini apartment. Anything’s needed like a corkscrew was happily provided t the front desk. The breakfast was plentiful wit choices of coffee, juices breads pastries cheese meats and toaster. Housekeeping was outstanding allowing us to return to a spotless room every evening. We saved a forte by staying here and easily took the #3 but thee d of the street straight to the historic city centre for less than £2

Buena comunicación con el centro en autobús.

La camarera de piso era un sol, atenta y super agradable. A veces es complicado comunicarse con la recepción por teléfono, pero es un lugar muy agradable

Clean and good basic accommodation. Location is not so good, but Über runs. Breakfast was quite basic but value for the money. Friendly staff!

It is a bit away from Sevilla center, but bus stop only 5 mins by foot. There are two direct buses to the centre and bus station, which make it convenient for us. We only stay 2 nights. We wish we could stay one more night. There are so many to see in Sevilla. The hotel is bit old but very clean. We have no complaints. Plus the room is spacious with kitchen to cook basic food. Supermarket nearby by foot. We had nice stay there.

Instalações antigas mas serve para estadias curtas. Pequeno almoço muito pobre.
