The front desk was very helpful. Unfortunately the bunk beds were old and scary.

Un séjour très agréable. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. L'hôtel est en plein quartier piéton et permet des ballades à pied. La ballade en bord de mer est proche ainsi que le marché couvert. Le toit terrasse offre une vue panoramique avec un jacuzzi et des transats. La chambre était impeccable.

Le personnel du petit déjeuné ne sont pas très agréable, ne souris pas froide quand à vous demander le numéro de votre chambre. nous y étions pour 3 nuits. Ells devraient faire l'effort pour que ce moment soit vraiment agréable ! Sinon la réception impeccable super avenant 👌👏 c'est un hôtel 3 étoiles un peu vieux, la chambre est correct, près des lieux principaux à 10mn à pieds vous avez tous ! 👍

The breakfast menu was buffet, with standards such as yogurt. There weren't any eggs, but there was cheese and ham. The staff was wonderful and answered all questions and gave great advice for restaurants. They also arranged a taxi to sasari. The only small disappointment was that there were no spa amenities included with the room. For example, in order to use a hot tub you had to rent it for an hour for 50 euros.

The hotel staff were excellent very friendly, and very helpful. Extremely pleasant. Breakfast was average. The spa mentioned on the website was not free as we expected so this was disappointing. However our experience there was excellent Hotel perfectly located. Would recommend

Personale gentilissimo ed efficiente

This hotel has a great location, just outside the old town of Alghero, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are quite basic but clean and functional. Some rooms have a lovely sea view. The rooftop bar which doubles as a breakfast room is the best in Alghero with great views. I did not try the spa but I believe it is very nice.

Posizione centralissima in città; bar con vista panoramica davvero suggestiva; spa eccellente. Avremmo voluto trovare una bottiglia di acqua in camera al nostro arrivo e per le esigenze della notte e non abbiamonosato attingere dal frigobar fornitissimo per assenza di listino. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente!

Secondo soggiorno nell’hotel. La struttura è un po’ datata ma impreziosita dalla spa con piscina al coperto. Personale gentile, camera silenziosa e confortevole

We booked thinking this was 2 star but it’s definitely a 3 star hotel so we were pleasantly surprised. The ‘spa’ bit is €40/hr private hire and downstairs, no windows so we gave that a skip. The room with balcony and sea view was lovely with a fridge but no kettle. We didn’t partake in €12 pp breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant on 5th floor with sea views and an amazing astroturf roof terrace on 6th floor with lots of seating -again a really lovely surprise. All in all I couldn’t work out why the Trip advisor reviews were so bad, we had a lovely time!

Very helpful and friendly staff

Service was excellent .we arrived early and they let us check in 2 hours before for no extra charge. My husband had forgotten his charger and again they were accommodating with lending us one .

Great location for everything

praticamente la colazione che era inclusa , dicevano che non era inclusa, il parcheggio auto 10 euro a notte, le spa si pagavano 40 euro a persona un ora e bisognava prenotare, pulizie scadenti da alberghetto di ultima categoria, doccia mal funzionante , bevande a trabocchetto nel frigo, dimenticavo la colazione che doveva essere inclusa come da prenotazione , costava 12 euro a persona,mai piu' in questo albergo,

Hadde 1natt på hotellet . Topp beliggenhet og helt sentralt, stille omgivelser, super fin takterasse . Veldig behjelpelig betjening. Oppholdet passet oss utmerket.

Bel hôtel chambre trop petite,sale de bain vétuste .Le personnel de l’hôtel est au petit soin!
