チェックインが出来なかった。 21:30に着いたのに誰も居なく、ホテルの中に入ることすらできなかった。 １５分ほど待たされて、宿のスタッフらしき人が帰ってきた。 いつ戻るのか、せめて張り紙等で知らせてほしい。 空港シャトルサービスがなく、タクシーでもなく、表示が不明瞭なハイヤーの手配だった。

Over night stay for airport. superb place, staff very helpful great location. Bus stop to airport just outside. Able to leave car at a very good rate for length of holiday. over all 10/10 will book to stay here again.

Good value, comfortable and close to the airport.

I enjoyed my stay here. The bus from the airport will literally drop you right at the front of the guest house and there is a train station to London about a 10 minute walk away. Yes...the room did have some signs of being on the "old" side. But I don't go on vacation in order to sit in a room so I'd much rather stay in a place like this rather than a really fancy place where you'd be spending an arm and a leg for a room. The breakfast was very nice. I did have one minor complaint, though. Expedia claims the front desk is available 24 hours a day. I learned firsthand that this is not true. My flight landed early and I got to the guest house around 6:45 AM. I wanted to just drop my bag off so I could go sightseeing. But no one was answering the bell. I kept trying and still nothing. Before long 45 minutes had passed. It was dark and cold and it was a bit worrying because I didn't know how long I'd have to wait. I ultimately took a walk to kill time. By the time I returned at around 7:45 AM, someone was actually there at the front desk. Again, not too big of a deal in the end but it would have been better if someone was there and 6:45 AM is not exactly in the middle of the night either so someone should have been there.

We arrived after 10pm so reception was closed but we had clear instructions on where to find the keys and which room we were in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We ordered an uber to take my son to the airport which was 5 minutes away. Breafast was nice and the owners were very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again if we flew from Gatwick. Definitely recommend it.

Was a good place to crash before flight. Only suggestions was some painting & renovations needed. The bed was definitely on the hard side.

This hotel is very conveniently located close to Gatwick Airport. We arrived quite late but the hotel manager was very welcoming and gave us some good advice on how to get to the airport the following day in the early morning.

Perfrct Location for overnight stay for Gatwick Airport. 100 Bus to Airport stops right outside Hotel 5 minute walk to Horley where there are some good restaurants and Bars. Hotel is lovely. Nice perfect room. Soft Bed and great shower.

Our stay was adequate - reasonably comfortable beds, clean towels and bedding, and our hostess was most considerate. Also, parking was available. The place has a bit of a down at heel feel to it - noisy neighbours especially in the room above us, taps and carpets need to be updated. Price is competitive. If we need to stay near Gatwick again, we will probably look for somewhere else, but would not be averse to staying here.

Late check in was smooth ….. Ned’s comfortable…. Breakfast was good…. Airport transport was arranged as promised.

Bathroom sink tap loose, dirt around radiant, front room - traffic noise til midnight. Breakfast was only a continental. Good pub, ye Olde Six Bells, 4 blocks away. Foresters in other direction good.

The property was nice, with dining options within walking distance. Very loud traffic unfortunately most of the night.

I just stay few hours in night. The property is very old house. The carpet in noom looks dirty. Flush was not working properly. The shower is so small hard to stand in there. I got room on second floor and no elevator. You have to use stairs, not safe with luggage. Only thing I like is bus stop just in front of the guest house. Bus 10 and 100 goes to London Gatwick directly which cost only 2 pounds. I don’t recommend to stay here.

Wonderful location close to bus stop for bus to Gatwick. I stayed in a unit in the back of the main house which was wonderful - spacious, etc and at ground level - no stairs! Had some problems with the keys/lock, but resolved with help of co-owner/manager.

Nice hotel, very convenient for the airport

This was a wonderful easy stay for flying in and out of Gatwick. Bus access took 6 mins from Gatwick and the room was quiet and comfortable and excellent. Real fast. Highly recommended!

Perfect for one night stay when flying from Gatwick.
