Vue mer magnifique à 180 degrés, personnel très agréable, souriant et serviable, jolies chambres, restauration de qualité avec beaucoup de choix et variée, animations proposées par l’hôtel correspondant à nos attentes, super séjour !!

Super view, food great, helpful friendly staff. Fresh cold water machine on each floor with jug in room to fill. Kettle in room would have been useful otherwise you need to buy coffee pods. If you can manage the hilly location its well worth it, although all you need is within hotel. We went BB would recommend HB to avoid the need to go down the hill for food! Will defo return 👌

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était agréable, l’établissement était calme et la vue était tout simplement incroyable, un vrai point fort qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus appréciable. Le seul bémol concerne le parking. Celui de l’hôtel est très petit et il est indispensable de réserver sa place à l’avance. À notre arrivée, il n’y avait plus de disponibilité et aucune place de stationnement dans les rues aux alentours. Nous avons dû nous garer dans un parking situé à environ 15 minutes à pied, avec une montée assez importante, ce qui était plutôt fatigant avec les bagages. Malgré cela, nous recommandons cet hôtel pour son cadre, son calme et sa magnifique vue.

Ne vait pas ses 4 étoiles mais plutôt 2 ! Ca ressemble à un hostel. A part la vue splendide sur la mer et la restauration trés convenable, chambre trés basique, hotel vieillot, personnel de l'accueil non aimable. Attention à la pente pour descendre au centre ville et plage (il faut être sportif) et serviette de piscine 3e / jour. Enfin bonne chance pour dormir hotel trés bruillant. Hotel à éviter il y a mieux autour !

Schönes Hotel, super Frühstücksbuffet. Personal stets freundlich. Parkplatz frühzeitig beim Hotel reservieren, ansonsten ist es sehr schwierig in der Umgebung einen Parkplatz zu finden. Man kann vom Hotel aus ins Meer, falls man an den Strand will muss man bisschen steil die Strasse runter laufen.

The variety, quantity and quality of the breakfast buffet was a great plus. We had a few dinners and it was really delicious! The access to the pool and to the sea (jumping or going down the ladder) was also really nice. Amazing view from many places in the hotel! The two closest beaches (5 minutes walk distance) were great! Although, little portions of tea in the room would’ve been a plus since a kettle is available. Since it is on the top of a hill, you need to be in good shape enough to come back from the beach. A great stay and we would love to comme back some day!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est serviable, accueillant et toujours souriant. L’établissement est propre et offre une tranquillité que nous ne pensions pas trouver à Magaluf. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Mention spéciale pour la vue sur la mer, qui est tout simplement à couper le souffle.

Room was ok..air conditioning could have worked better. They make you wear a tacky bracelet that has the room key attached. It sort of looks like you were admitted to the hospital. You cannot remove this bracelet for the duration of the stay, which irritated me since I have sensory issues, and rarely wear jewelry because of this. When I asked about this, the staff informed me it was due to outsiders attempting to use the facilities. Seemed weird and did not help the experience at all. There are two tiny elevators covering 9 floors and they are very slow, so it made using them unpleasant. The breakfast buffet was good, would not recommend the dinner. Probably the most annoying fact was the lack of enough sun loungers on the pool deck. They have a sun deck in the building next door on the upper floor, but it is only sun loungers and umbrellas, and requires several stairs to get to the pool..not convenient. One positive was that the room was very quiet. Overall, it didn’t feel like the most relaxing place to stay unfortunately.

Beautifully clean kept hotel, rooms were immaculate with incredible views. Amazing selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! We stayed for two nights and had a view of the water and it was incredible! The only thing to mention is parking is limited reserve a head of time for a fee. There is street parking but VERY VERY limited

A bit of a walk to the main beach but overall a very nice hotel.

Great location however, let down by staff response to issues. Air con did not work in our room. Took 3 days for staff to move our room and we were told multiple times the air con was working when it clearly wasn’t. By day 3 a staff member brought a thermometer and the room was 25 degrees therefore, clearly the air con was not working. We were not compensated for this in any way despite paying for a room that clearly stated to have air con. Such a shame as the staff at the pool bar was amazing and I have loved staying at this hotel prior.

Ich war von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Florida in Magaluf begeistert. Die Lage zwischen Magaluf und Palmanova ist hervorragend und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Mittelmeer einfach traumhaft. Auch das moderne Design des Hotels, das nach der Komplettsanierung noch immer sehr hochwertig wirkt, hat mich sofort überzeugt. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück war täglich abwechslungsreich, von ausgezeichneter Qualität und wurde durch den wunderschönen Meerblick im Restaurant perfekt ergänzt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch das gesamte Team. So freundliches, herzliches und professionell geschultes Personal erlebt man heute nur noch selten. Gastfreundschaft wird hier wirklich gelebt und hebt das Hotel deutlich von vielen anderen Ferienhotels ab. Die Zimmer sind modern, zweckmäßig und komfortabel ausgestattet. Hochwertige Bettwäsche, gepflegte Badtextilien, Pflegeprodukte, Minibar sowie ein modernes TV-System lassen keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Housekeeping leistet hervorragende Arbeit. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich außerdem die täglich perfekt gereinigte Poolanlage, die komfortablen balinesischen Sonnenbetten sowie der direkte Zugang zum glasklaren Mittelmeer. Für mich steht das Hotel Florida sinnbildlich für den hochwertigen Wandel, den Magaluf derzeit vollzieht. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und komme jederzeit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – macht bitte genauso weiter!

Ich würde das Hotel vor allem wegen der traumhaften Lage und der atemberaubenden Aussicht empfehlen. Diese sind wirklich einzigartig. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft das von mir gebuchte Zimmer nicht verfügbar trotz bestätigung des Hotels Wochen zuvor. Wir konnten zwar für eine Nacht in einer Suite übernachten, mussten dafür jedoch einen Aufpreis bezahlen. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir sogar zweimal auf dem Zimmer angerufen und aufgefordert, die Suite zu verlassen obwohl uns beim Check-in versprochen wurde, dass der Zimmerwechsel für uns möglichst angenehm gestaltet wird und wir uns dabei Zeit lassen können. Im neuen Zimmer mussten wir leider feststellen, dass der Nachttisch noch verschmutzt war und auch der Toilettenrand nicht sauber gereinigt wurde. Ein weiterer grosser Minuspunkt war die Situation am Pool. Bereits am frühen Morgen wurden sämtliche Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert. Obwohl wir das Personal darauf hingewiesen haben, wurde nichts dagegen unternommen. Dadurch konnten wir in einer ganzen Woche lediglich ein einziges Mal am späten Nachmittag eine Liege am Pool nutzen. Insgesamt punktet das Hotel für mich vor allem mit seiner fantastischen Aussicht und dem freundlichen Personal. In den Bereichen Sauberkeit, Organisation und Poolmanagement besteht jedoch noch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.
