During check-in, on May 2, I was informed that they are fully booked. I was surprised because my booking was confirmed and paid as early as Feb 10. I was told to wait since they have to contact agent, and I was not informed what was the problem. I was just booked to a smaller nearby hotel for one night - May 2 then will check out the following day May 3, since there will be an available room at Ritz Hotel. The transfer to and from Ritz was done smoothly, I was even accompanied by a staff who made all the arrangements with other property, and I do appreciate what was done, however, I was disappointed with the outcome of my booking. I do not know which one was remiss, was it agent or Ritz Hotel?
