週末利用で、ダウンタウンは軒並み高額な宿泊料だったのに、非常にリーズナブルな料金で助かりました。お湯も出たし、エアコンも聞いていましたが、なにぶん周りにはレストランもショップもない。ミシシッピ川を渡るには車かフェリーというところ不便でした。

Everything was great except the new girl at the check in desk! She was very rude, because I wasn’t aware of needing to have my actual credit card for check in. I’ve stayed at the federal many times and only ever needed my drivers license. I always book my stay the same way through Expedia.

Staff was very rude for not having actual credit Card on hand! I booked my stay online through Expedia many of times and was never asked for my actual credit card only my drivers license so I was never aware of them needing that!

Wonderful place for our budget! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s a convenient location. We are glad we chose this for our stop in New Orleans.

When I arrived, the young lady had my room keys and paperwork ready for me to complete. In less than 5 mins, I was in my room. Nice place. May be time for some new furniture but for the price, it’s great. We had a 2 burner stove, microwave and fridge. It was perfect for what we needed.

It was worth for what the price shows for.

Hotel was nice and decent. It was overall clean and comfortable. While the hotel did have cosmetic issues that could be fixed, we did enjoy our stay. We got clean towels everyday. There was a kitchenette (mini sotve range, mini fridge and microwave). Its close to downtown and on the 4th of July, we were able to walk outside and see thr fireworks from the river. We would definitely stay again if needed.

Couldn't turn the tv on but an staff member came to turn it on.Then couldnt change channels so staff member had to come back to fix that.The light and overhead fan in the bathroom wouldn't come on.The air condition unit made rattle noise the entire stay.Dishes in the cabinets to use but no eating utensils nor dish detergent/wash cloth.

This property was nestled in a quiet area with a access to the ferry. Brittany T the registration clerk was amazing

This is and old military billeting facility and having stayed in many of those, I can say it has not changed much. It has all of the basics. The beds were excellent, the plumbing was excellent (plenty of hot water). All of the pieces of the coffee maker fell apart but it was still functional. The tv had a remote but you had to turn the tv on manually. Other than that it was great.

Sabrina, Front Desk clerk, was extremely rude and unkind. However, the room was clean and I had no other issues. If rely on wheelchairs or walkers, this hotel is not for you. There are no elevators.
