It was just excellent.

音楽学校のコンサバトリウムの歴史的な建造物を改築したホテル、美術館エリアにあって。コンセルトヘボウの斜め前にあります。5つ星の懇切なサービスで心も身体もすっかりリフレッシュしました。コロナ警戒時でスパも予約制となり、ほぼ独り占めできるゆったりさで大変充実しました。お寿司はオランダに長い日本人シェフでアムステルダムエリアでは1番オススメです。

エクスペディアでの部屋の紹介と、実際の部屋が、余りに違っていて、折角期待していたホテルでしたが、がっかりでした。

スタッフの対応、お部屋、立地、どれも素晴らしかったです。ホテルのデザインが好きで泊まることを決めましたが、雰囲気も本当に素敵で、必ずまた泊まりたいと思います。観光にも美術館めぐりにも最高です。

古い銀行をリノベーションされているホテル でアンティークの中にモダンが感じられる素敵な空間。 ホテルの近くにショッピング街、レストラン、ゴッホ美術館や大きな公園もあるので、家族でも楽しめる。 スタッフも親切でとても感じが良い。 ジム、プール、スパなども充実していてオススメしたいホテルの一つ。

従業員の対応もよくとてもきれいで快適でした。また、バスタブ付への変更を御願いし、スムーズに対応いただきました。バスタブは大人四人は入れるくらい大きいかったです。 コンセルトヘボウからも近く、夜遅くても便利でした。

ゴッホ美術館が真向いにあり、トラムの駅もエントランスをでてすぐ。 ブランド街も5分の所にあり最高のロケーション。ホテルは高級感があり、スタッフを含め全てが素晴らしい。 日本語が少しできるイケメンスタッフもいて、フレンドリーでその上とても親切。 このホテルのおかげでアムステルダムが好きになりました。 ただ、日本のテレビ放送がなかったのだけが残念でした。

旧音楽学校をスタイリッシュに大規模改装した素晴らしいホテルです。さすがヨーロッパは古い建物の大事に活用しています。ホテルの廊下などは由緒正しい美術館のようなたたずまいですが、部屋に入ると近代的でシックなインテリアです。サービスも標準以上です。近くにゴッホ美術館、国立美術館があり大変便利でした。次回アムステルダムに泊まるときもここにします。

デザインは素晴らしい。サービスも良い。ただベッドがメゾネット形式で上の階になるので、移動が不便。

ホテルの清潔感、スタッフの対応、設備、デザイン、どれをとってもハイレベルで、とても居心地が良いです。中央駅から多少離れることであまりｶﾞﾁｬｶﾞﾁｬせず、ゆったりと滞在できます。アムステルダムに訪れる際は是非また利用したいホテルです。

たった一泊でしたけれど、満足度100％でした。立地もミュージアムにすぐのところで、建物も素晴らしく、部屋はモダンで快適、ベッドも気持ち良く、設備も申し分ありません。是非お勧めです。

かなりステキで良いんですが、宿泊した204は、電化製品の接続が 悪いのか、一晩中カチッとやら、ブーンやらと音が鳴り！気になり 更にテレビはしばらく経つと何故か音だけ消えてしまい イラつきました！そしてダメ押しは！バスルームのテレビのリモコン迄 作動せず、クレームは申し出て、チェックを頼んだが 何も変わっておらず、短期の二泊で、殆ど部屋にも居なかった為、もう 面倒になり、諦めた！プールやスパもステキそうでしたが 料金明示は無く、チケット手配にしろ、何でも手数料取られるし 常に料金についてはニコッとスルーされるので、微妙に 利用しにくいHotelではありました。デザイン雰囲気とも、素敵なんですが、、、

A true 5 star. Absolutely exceptional service and standards

La habitación es amplia y la cama muy cómoda, cuenta con una maquina de Nesspreso y cápsulas para usar; además, como bienvenida te dan 4 Stroopwafel Gourmet. El personal es muy atento y en todo el hotel se siente lujo. El único detalle que encontré es que como mi habitación estaba arriba de la cocina del restaurante, la habitación tenía un olor a aceite o comida frita.

Impeccable stay at the junior suite. You would not want to leave the room! Luxury and legendary service at the heart of Museumplein, just steps to Van Gogh and Rijks Museum. World class shopping and plethora of wonderful coffee shops and restaurants are all around.

Great location for museums and in an historic building. Not to mandarin standard however - older property that’s been acquired from an other hotel operator and the renovation is ongoing. Had no heating in my first room. Lighting flickered in bathroom. Speakers in bathroom weren’t working. Housekeeping failed to attend turn down on first night. Hit and miss hotel going through transition.

Such a special hotel. It is a luxury experience from the moment you set foot in the lobby. The building is so beautiful and it has all the special touches a mandarin oriental offers. Special mention and thanks to Richard at the concierge desk for ensuring we have the best experience.

Note that Junior Suite 332 is above the hotel restaurant. They do drumming on Friday and Saturday evenings. You can hear it. The room is very spacious but it's not exactly female friendly - push button toliets that break your nails, manly smelling soaps, heavy doors, no light in the bathroom to put on makeup. The room is very dark and all the lights are "eco" so they turn on and off every few seconds sometimes. Once I was in the bathroom and all the lights went off entirely. At night the room is so dark. Would have loved more lamps. But the bed and pillows were so comfy, room service was good, mini bar was nicely stocked. Much of the staff are so sweet and wonderful. And it's a beautiful hotel overall. We had issues with the heat in our room (it got to 80 + degrees) and it took a good 36+ hours to get that fixed (which I just thought was way too long and we had to ask 3 times about fixing it).
