部屋はWiFiが繋がらない、ロビーのみ。ロビーも繋がらない日があった。フロントにもまともに英語が話せる人間がいない。目の前のビーチは「江の島並み」。部屋は広さ十分だが、古い。一応、お湯のシャワーは出た。島のビーチはキレイだが、セント・マーティン周辺やメキシコのユカタン半島ほどキレイというわけではない。このホテルだけの話ではないが、この島はインフラがなっていない。

狭いながらもプライベートビーチがあり、海上プールになっているなど、ロケーションは良いのですが、施設の老朽化とその対応がホテルとは思えません。３泊中、昼間にお湯が出たことはありませんでした。最終日は、水も出ませんでしたので、トイレ・シャワーは使えませんでした。フロントは、「１時間で直る、シャワーの変わりに海に入れ。」と言う始末で全く気にしていません。もちろん、１時間で直らず、シャワーも浴びずにチェックアウトしました。泊まる場合は、それなりに覚悟が必要です。部屋は、１／３程が陸側を向いています。海側に泊まれて、水もお湯も出れば良いホテルです。

location was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. the property is in desperate need of repairs and updates - - - for example, the tiles on the deck were broken, my sink did not drain (they fixed it), the air conditioning was weak, and the furniture showed lots of signs of wear. for this price point, there should be wifi in the rooms, not just in the lobby

STAY AWAY!!! a really bad hotel to stay at, old and smells really bad

O quarto estava sempre bem limpo, mas ás vezes esqueciam de repor toalhas em número necessário. A equipe de funcionários, sobretudo da Recepção, eram bem atenciosos e solicitos. O café da manhã era bem servido, com muitos itens e iguarias, incluindo pratos quentes feitos na hora, mediante solicitação do hóspede. A piscina e praia privativas são um grande diferencial.

Except the Reception ( Specially "Ender Walters " was V Helpfull) , rest of the Hotel was in Terrible Condition .. Including the Breakfast Buffet .. For $ 200+ per night .. Its NOT WORTH IT. I SHOULD GET THE FULL REFUND !!

Todo estuvo bien

This hotel is so bad, rooms smell and are old. There is mold everywhere bathroom, pool. The towels are so old and smell bad. We had a room with balcony, but the door was broken and couldn’t open. When we got to our room there was a dead bird on the balcony. This hotel is lock of maintenance. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only at the lobby. Very disappointed the pictures when booking shows a nice hotel.

My reservation didn't go through the system or perhaps rejected. we don't know at this point. Very disappointed knowing that I was traveling with family to an island. luckily we found a better hotel...

Sim, tudo fresco e com ótimas opções de café da manhã, no bar também, os atendentes foram excelentes.

blah breakfast buffet, uninspired. ZERO internet in the rooms, first hotel in 10 years that doesn't have internet availabe in rooms, will never ever ever go back to this hotel simply because that is so simple a fix and yet they care so little about the guests they can't even provide that. no coffee maker, no refrigerator or microwave, its an econolodge on the ocean.

The bar personnel was exceptionally cool and professional One below average thing there is the internet wish is very slow and all over the place spotty including the room

A bit Run down no wifi in rooms

O hotel tem um grande potencial, mas precisa de reforma. As vezes dar uma reformada no próprio mobiliário já ajudaria muito. O quarto tem um pouco de cheiro, mas deixando a janela aberta, o cheiro sai. A vista é muito bonita e a piscina muito boa. Café da manhã mediano, típico caribenho. Não é de todo ruim, mas o valor está acima do que oferece. Internet não pega nos quartos e não tem frigobar (apesar que isso é apresentado nas entrelinhas da divulgação do hotéis.com)

Quarto excelente, ótimo tamanho e com 2 camas. Toda vez q eu ia no banheiro tinha barata saindo da pia. Piscina impecável, deck precisando de forma porque está com muito prego pra fora e pode machucar alguém. Funcionário Daneil que atende no bar da piscina fez a viagem ficar mais especial, atenção, educação e gentileza. Com esse funcionário na casa não precisa funcionar mais nada, só a atenção dada por ele já vale mais que tudo.

Experiencia completamente decepcionante y muy lejos de lo que prometen. Pagamos una cantidad alta por nuestra estadía y lo que encontramos fue un hotel viejo, deteriorado y claramente mal mantenido. La habitación tenía un olor a humedad horrible, no había wifi, el teléfono para supuesto room service no funcionaba, y las puertas de los balcones estaba dañada. El baño de la habitación lleno de remaches y reparaciones mal hechas, necesita renovación urgente. Los elevadores casi nunca funcionan, de varios solo hay uno, lo cual es absurdo para un hotel de este tamaño. Tampoco hay toallas para la piscina o la playa, algo básico en un hotel. El muelle que tiene hotel está todo roto y deteriorado. El desayuno incluido fue otra gran decepción: comida de mala calidad y muy poca variedad. Nada acorde con el precio que cobran. Intentamos comunicarnos para recibir atención y la respuesta fue mínima o inexistente. Honestamente, la relación precio–calidad es inaceptable. Esperamos que el hotel o la plataforma de reserva se hagan responsables y revisen esta situación, porque nadie debería pagar por una experiencia tan mala. Da mucha lástima que lugares construidos por Narcotraficantes el gobierno se llena de dinero atreves de ellos y no puedan mantenerlos.

El hotel necesita mejorar en muchas cosas, las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, el servicio muy regular, el restaurante no ofrece muchas opciones de comida, y también les falta personal, le doy dos estrellas porque tres trabajadores me atendieron muy bien en el bar, que de hecho no tiene muchas opciones de bebidas
