部屋に冷蔵庫がなく連泊していたので困りました。ビジネスホテルと割り切って考えるといいのかなと思います。

Todoo estaba super!!!

Everything was wonderful... the food,the shops near by,the housekeeper amazin job especially Veronica... and about the Staff America wonderful lady.. and all them .. thank you much I will be glady to come back next year...

The sheets had to be changed upon arrival. There were spots under the blanket. But, Conveniently hotel located across from the mall.

This is the absolute worst accommodation of my 3-month trip across South America and North America. Even a $10 USD hostel is better. I trusted this place solely because it is under the Marriott name. You do not expect a scam at a Marriott reception, but that is what happened. What a shame to the brand. Never again. During check-in on July 11th at 7:30 PM, I paid the hotel tax with a $100 USD bill. The male receptionist claimed he had no change and promised to return it the next day. Instead, he disappeared, and the staff now brazenly denies the transaction. This is outright employee theft targeting tourists. I have demanded management pull the CCTV footage from that night to catch him stealing and warned them not to delete it. The property is also hazardous. I discovered a major water leak dripping from the ceiling in Room 420. The floor was flooded; I nearly fell, and my clothes were soaked. Furthermore, my sports shorts went missing from my room after housekeeping cleaned, and the front desk simply said they "could not find them." Internal communication is non-existent. The check-out staff had no clue about the theft, forcing me to repeat everything. Avoid this place at all costs.

Excelente ubicación céntrico frente al mall. Muchas opciones de restaurantes cercanos alrededor. Cuartos muy limpios. Desayuno incluido decente y basto. Todo el personal muy atento y servicial. Especial reconocimiento a Angelica y Daniel de recepción que nos apoyaron para que nuestra estancia fuera placentera.

La habitación no tiene espejo, poca iluminación, no tiene clóset para guardar ropa ni cuenta con secadora de cabello

O ar condicionado do quarto era muito barulhento. O local do café da manhã é muito pequeno e nos fez aguardar por muito tempo para sentar. Muitos hóspedes estavam comendo em pé. Um tumulto! O ambiente é ao lado da recepção com espaço mínimo e poucos acentos.
