支払った価格に見合わぬ、とても気分の悪いサービスしかできないフロントがいる。 たまたま見知った白人への対応ぶりは、私が受けたものとまったく異なる心地よいものであった。

Despite being advertised, property has no aircon. Unfortunately travelled on one of the hottest days, and all they could provide was a tower fan to recirculate the warm air around the room. Not the best experience and staff seemed to have heard the same complaint over and over.

No air con, second time it’s happened at this hotel

Room's are dirty and no air conditioning working, no hot water for a shower. Poor communication from staff and false information given. The area is good for dining and hotel is close to shopping ect

Great hotel. Great location. Great views. But a bare minimum for me is hot water in the shower. Unfortunately there was none!!

I liked the location and ease of access from downtown. The entire experience has been soured by the lack of notification of a pre-existing problem at the hotel in regards the non working AC. The fact that we aren't refunded following default by the hotel to provide advertised facilities is criminal and I will let everyone I meet know not to stay at the establishment.

The room was nice and clean and the hotel was furnished in a modern way. We checked in as early as possible at 3pm but we were given a room they knew had a broken TV. When I complained they said no one was able to help fix it and the hotel was full so no room change was possible. They gave a slight discount but only because I complained and asked for it. A working TV is important in a hotel room and so the visit was spoiled because of this. I was disappointed that they were not up front about the TV and put us in a room with a fault, and I found it hard to believe that no room change was possible in such a large hotel. We also chose this hotel on the hotels.com app because it said it had parking, and the assumption with that is that it means free parking. It cost over £20 even with a pre-booked discount and is next to the hotel but not on site.

Location was great for my needs but room was tired, with lots of carpet stains, curtain failling down at one end and big stain on window. TV also wouldn't turn on and reception didn't answer call when I tried to report on check-in - I was told it may have been an issue with phones on check-out. Breakfast was ok but not great. Staff were friendly but I wouldn't rush back.

Aircon didn’t work. Unable to fix it or offer another room. Room was too hot to stay in so had to move to another hotel.

The room was beautiful but there was a few issues, the bed was really hard and we hardly slept. The room was absolutely boiling and the fan we had was just blowing out hot air, also the in the shower couldn’t stay in long as the water was starting to overflow onto the floor but apart from that we did have lovely time.

A very good hotel close to the city centre and New Street rail station. We had a very good night's uninterrupted sleep and a very good breakfast. Recommended.

Decent hotel, nice restaurant, large rooms. Ok location. No one ever seemed to be on reception

How this can be rented as a hotel room, when there is a massive party venue above the bedrooms is beyond me. The hotel has rooms on 23rd and 24th floor, but the 25th seems to be an event space. We got back to our room at 10:30pm and could barely speak to each other in our room on the 24th floor because of the sound from above. It was a suite as well so not cheap! We went downstairs and demanded a refund and was surprised when the hotel staff seemed to agree that nobody could sleep there! Room was clean enough but carpets throughout the hotel were grubby and all in all not a nice experience.

Loved the amount of windows in the room. The room was clean and tidy. Was disappointed with the state of the hall carpet. This is your first impression and wasn't good. Also had to wait a while for reception staff to appear although they were very nice and extremely helpful when they came.

Upon arrival there is no friendly welcome from reception as there was no one there. The room was large but 29 degrees and you have zero control over your room temperature, there is a broken panel on the wall and "reception" controls the temperature. Housekeeping told me to use a very large and loud fan to cool the room down. Fell asleep and the. Woke up at 3 am freezing cold. I do not recommend this joke of a hotel and won't be returning.

Drainage issues in bathroom so the whole space smelt awful when walking in. They were unable to accommodate a change of room, maintenance came and just sprayed air freshener & bedding was unclean
