gorgeous views from the penthouse, super friendly staff and well equipped apartment including underground parking!

Good location and beautiful views

Comfortable but not quiet due to heavy traffic and night activities.

Was greeted in elevator surrounded by hoodlums. Loud parties. This is not luxury at all. Felt unsafe.

The beds were comfortable and bedding and towels were crisp and clean. The space in the penthouse was amazing with enough beds and room for our whole family. The views were spectacular!!! Made the rental totally worth it. The furniture did have some questionable stains. There is a strong marijuana smell.

from the first day we checked in, the guy at the front counter was rude and not accommodating at all. we also had to pay additional money up front because of a system error that had nothing to do with us. The staff is not friendly and all, its like we were bothering them just being there. The pictures on the website are not accurate to the actual property, the property is unclean, inkept, stains all over the floors, cheap hard furniture. The gym was not a real gym and the conditions of the gym was horrendous! coming from America and visiting Cape Town for the second time, we are very disappointed. would not recommend this property to anyone. much better and cheaper options in the same area. Run Ps no one spending their hard earned money should be treated like this.

The property all in all was acceptable, but the apartment rules said that noise should be limited from 10pm onwards. By 03am I had to contact the reception to get the guests on the floor above us, to stop shouting and moving tables and chairs across the floor which made it impossible for us to sleep. I had to call twice before the noise stopped. This incident might have been an isolated event, but I feel cheated, as I paid to stay there, but I didn't receive value that I paid for. Pity. Hotels.com also advertised that there is a steam room and hot tub, but that is not the case.

Great apartment for people looking for a homey experience even on holiday.

The room is huge with a nice ocean view but it was not properly cleaned. I was surprised but the color of socks that were changed after walking around the room. The are a number of restaurants within walking distance. There was plenty of parking space. There was no heater in the room so we had to ask for a mobile heater. It uses gas to heat up. After a few hours, it went out and got cold again. The staffs were not very helpful.

Location was good we only slept overnigt , so we had a smooth late Checkin , staff where good. The corridors lifts etc where poorly cleaned , It was clear that the unit has not been well serviced , the tile grouting looked dirty and in some places the tiles where loose or the grouting was comming apart Unit needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to what is was.

Property was always clean. Very reasonably priced for a suite. Employees friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the entire stsy

It is good location and installation however you have to improve in communication. Is quiet place for resting

Beautiful suite that's in a good location and close to everything.

The hotel staff could not control drunk and roudy patrons. Police was needed to evacuate 12 people from one room. It happened 2 consecutive nights. We had to leave 4 days prior to booked dates . We really felt unsafe . Disappointed and disgraced

Big appartment with all amenities. Cleaning could have been better.

Was really disappointed with the customer service I have been treated with and on my 2 night of a 5 night booking left this hotel and booked with another hotel due to their lack of professionalism. I honestly don’t advise anyone to use this hotel as they don’t care or treat guests properly!
