外の見える窓がない、穴倉みたい。 外の音が聞こえてうるさい。 冷蔵庫がない。（町のポリシーかも） 町を楽しむ、海で遊ぶ、どちらにも立地が良い。

立地がとてもいい（ビーチが目の前、買い物やレストランも周囲にいっぱい。カンクン空港からの直行バスのターミナルからも徒歩数分）。家具調度なども郷土色＆個性があって好ましい（洗面台の鉢までカラフル）。但し水圧の関係なのかシャワーの水の勢いがなくチョロチョロ。水道水は飲用に適さないとのことで代りに廊下に飲用水タンクが設置されていていつでも使えるのは助かる。尚、エレヴェータがないので2階3階の部屋はスーツケース抱えて階段上るのに難儀する（勿論頼めばホテルのスタッフが喜んで手伝ってくれる）。一方1階（＝日本の2階に相当）の部屋は狭く使い勝手もあまり良くない。窓のカーテンはきちっとしまらずかつ遮光ではないので夏場はアイマスク必要かも。以上、若干の不備はあるがスタッフも愛想がよくまずは気持ちよく過ごせました。

近くにビーチ、ショッピングエリアがあり、場所がすごくいいです。 そして、ホテルが清潔で可愛い！ スタッフの方も優しいです。

一番メインの五番街から、横道に入ってすぐの場所です。レストランが併設されていて、無料の朝食はここで食べます。昼や夜は、宿泊者は全品半額だそうです。 部屋は、裏庭に面していたので眺めは良くなかったですが静かでした。内装は、メキシコのタイルが使われた洗面台など可愛くまとまってました。予約の日付けを間違えたのですが、メールで事情を伝えておいたら親切に変更しておいてくれました。 スタッフの感じも良く、清潔な部屋で静かに滞在できました。

ホテル受付の方、みなさん良い方でした。ホテルから夕食にもすぐ行けて、バス乗り場もすぐなので、すごく便利でした。また、泊まりたいです。

メインの５番街に隣接し，ビーチまですぐ．また ADO のバスターミナルやコスメル島行きのフェリー乗場にもかなり近い便利なところにあります．スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで，１階にある評判の良いメキシコ料理のレストランにも行きましたが実際とても美味しく，ホテルゲストには１０％の割引もありました．King Ocean View with Balcony というタイプの部屋に４泊しました．高級ホテルのようなラグジュアリーな部屋ではないですが，タラベラ焼が用いられている洗面台などこだわりを感じる部屋でした．バスタブが無くシャワーブースとトイレがほぼ一体化しているのが気になるかもしれません．シャワーの水圧と温度は問題無かったです．立て付けは若干悪く，扉がスッキリ開かない感じもしました．またバルコニーに面している扉に隙間があったので虫が入ってこないか心配でしたが全く大丈夫でした．清掃は行き届いており毎日気持ちよく過ごせました．バスタオルはビーチ用のものをいくらでも貸してもらえましたが，部屋で使うハンドタオルが無かったのが少し不便でした．

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff was amazing and helped replace towels and provide beach towels daily. The place it self was beautiful as well!

This is our go to stop in playa! It is always a nice stay, clean and well maintained. Close to 5th Ave but still quiet. Love it!

The location of the property was a huge selling point. Central to everything you need, to get yourself access to food, drinks, entertainment, shopping etc. The beach is within walking distance and so are all the other places you'd love to see. The roof top garden/lounge area is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the area, with a direct view of the beautiful beach.

Clean room, great staff, perfect location. The restaurant & 7/11 downstairs was a major plus.

The food at the hotel restaurant was excelllent. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were cool and AC worked really well. Rooftop is a must see.

I booked this hotel because it provided 3 beds. Room was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. Air conditioning was working well, but there was no fridge. Noise could be a problem since it is located at 5th avenue. On Saturday it was noisy until 5am. Other days were better but not for people looking for a quite property. Easy access to ferry or restaurants.

Ac was working, we stayed for a night. The bed was comfortable, veey content with our stay.
