外の見える窓がない、穴倉みたい。 外の音が聞こえてうるさい。 冷蔵庫がない。（町のポリシーかも） 町を楽しむ、海で遊ぶ、どちらにも立地が良い。

立地がとてもいい（ビーチが目の前、買い物やレストランも周囲にいっぱい。カンクン空港からの直行バスのターミナルからも徒歩数分）。家具調度なども郷土色＆個性があって好ましい（洗面台の鉢までカラフル）。但し水圧の関係なのかシャワーの水の勢いがなくチョロチョロ。水道水は飲用に適さないとのことで代りに廊下に飲用水タンクが設置されていていつでも使えるのは助かる。尚、エレヴェータがないので2階3階の部屋はスーツケース抱えて階段上るのに難儀する（勿論頼めばホテルのスタッフが喜んで手伝ってくれる）。一方1階（＝日本の2階に相当）の部屋は狭く使い勝手もあまり良くない。窓のカーテンはきちっとしまらずかつ遮光ではないので夏場はアイマスク必要かも。以上、若干の不備はあるがスタッフも愛想がよくまずは気持ちよく過ごせました。

近くにビーチ、ショッピングエリアがあり、場所がすごくいいです。 そして、ホテルが清潔で可愛い！ スタッフの方も優しいです。

一番メインの五番街から、横道に入ってすぐの場所です。レストランが併設されていて、無料の朝食はここで食べます。昼や夜は、宿泊者は全品半額だそうです。 部屋は、裏庭に面していたので眺めは良くなかったですが静かでした。内装は、メキシコのタイルが使われた洗面台など可愛くまとまってました。予約の日付けを間違えたのですが、メールで事情を伝えておいたら親切に変更しておいてくれました。 スタッフの感じも良く、清潔な部屋で静かに滞在できました。

ホテル受付の方、みなさん良い方でした。ホテルから夕食にもすぐ行けて、バス乗り場もすぐなので、すごく便利でした。また、泊まりたいです。

メインの５番街に隣接し，ビーチまですぐ．また ADO のバスターミナルやコスメル島行きのフェリー乗場にもかなり近い便利なところにあります．スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで，１階にある評判の良いメキシコ料理のレストランにも行きましたが実際とても美味しく，ホテルゲストには１０％の割引もありました．King Ocean View with Balcony というタイプの部屋に４泊しました．高級ホテルのようなラグジュアリーな部屋ではないですが，タラベラ焼が用いられている洗面台などこだわりを感じる部屋でした．バスタブが無くシャワーブースとトイレがほぼ一体化しているのが気になるかもしれません．シャワーの水圧と温度は問題無かったです．立て付けは若干悪く，扉がスッキリ開かない感じもしました．またバルコニーに面している扉に隙間があったので虫が入ってこないか心配でしたが全く大丈夫でした．清掃は行き届いており毎日気持ちよく過ごせました．バスタオルはビーチ用のものをいくらでも貸してもらえましたが，部屋で使うハンドタオルが無かったのが少し不便でした．

Excellent, secure place with friendly staff. Located in a busy district close to ferry and shopping. Restaurant in ground level of hotel was exceptional.

The staff were very friendly. The location was GREAT, and the room was ok.

Amenities were not good, room was very small. No locker available to keep your passport safe, charging dock was not good. Water was not warm enough to take shower in cold days. Water pressure was too low. Staff were good and location is good. Near beach and 5th Ave.

Hotel was great! A bit noisy because right off the main strip, but I intended that already. The room was nice and clean. Front desk was amazing. Very good communication prior to our arrival. We also got picked up at the airport and that was an easy! We did have a terrible experience at the restaurant where we were sat and completely forgot about 32 tops came in ordered drinks and also ate their meals before we even got served our meal. Pretty disappointing because it was myself and three young kids just got off of a long flight. We’re looking forward to a nice meal. We ended up just getting it to go eating cold in our room $150 American later. Pretty disappointed in that feature for our first night. Hotel was great would not recommend your first night down at the restaurant if you’re hungry!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Cielo. It's a great location with a comfy room and excellent service. The dining is fantastic! A truly unique hotel with beautiful views from the roof top terrace; they don't make them like this anymore, beautifully built! Would recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel! Short walk from the ADO station. Very clean and charming. Water coolers on every floor. Very warm reception who answered our questions! Amazing breakfast with such a kind and attentive staff. We needed a last minute booking for one night but we want to come back for longer! Thank you so much!!!

My overall stay was great! The hotel staff were hospitable and kind. The location was great. I wish my room had a fridge and I wish there was warmer water for the shower. I also wish there was a restaurant in the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, traditional style and located very close to the beach, food, and nearby festivities. I would give it an 8/10

Only thing I would have changed was the curtains. A lot of light came into the room at night.
