フロントの2名の感じが悪かった。アジア人差別用語を言っていたのを聞いてしまった。日本人を始めとしたアジア人の利用は少なく、我々家族意外に2組しか見ていない。ほとんどヨーロッパの方だった。

AC funkade inte så bra! Poolen var lite smutsig, solstolarna på stranden tillhör inte hotellet. Gymmet stängde 20:00 vilket kändes sådär. Staden var rätt död i sin helhet

La chambre est très confortable, bien équipée. Le personnel est agréable et la mer proche de l’hôtel. Les animations le soir étaient de qualité. Excellent séjour !

Personal muy amable, desayuno más que aceptable, lugar tranquilo lleno de vegetación con la playa a escasos metros.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. Only few mts from the beach. Great facilities, enough pools, chairs and umbrellas for everybody (I was worried that it would be too crowded since we were there during high season) The only minus is that drinks (in ordinary glasses) are not allowed by the pool. So if you want to order champagne you will have to drink from a plastic mug or at the pool house. Other than that we had a great vacation and we would definitely come back.

Leider waren wir insgesamt sehr unzufrieden. Es wurde überhaupt nicht gut sauber gemacht. Der Boden war extrem dreckig. Es gibt keine Hotelpantoletten, egal was man benötigt (Toilettenpapier, Decken etc.) Man muss es sich selbst an der Rezeption holen, die Klima hat sehr schlecht bis gar nicht funktioniert, im Bad war nicht mal eine Lüftung sondern die Türen sind nicht ganz zu sodass jeder Geruch etc. über die Lüftung im Zimmer nur rausgehen kann, schmutzige Bettdecken mit Blutflecken! Sowas geht gar nicht! Das Personal insgesamt unfreundlich man wird nicht mal begrüßt. Obwohl angeblich die Zimmer renoviert wurden sind Löcher an den Wänden, Dusche hat ebenfalls im Boden Gosse Flecken und Löcher die auch nicht rausgehen, was sehr ekelhaft aussieht. Es wird mit Parkplätzen beworben, aber das Hotel hat nur 10 Stellplätze vor dem Hotel und die sind immer belegt natürlich, da es ein sehr großes Hotel ist. Wir hatten in den 7 Tagen noch einmal einen Parkplatz und mussten immer weiter weg auf dem Weg vor dem Hotel parken der überhaupt nicht beleuchtet ist abends. An sich nicht schlimm da es nicht so weit weg ist aber dann sollte man nicht damit werben.

Staff was very helpful, there was an issue with my room and they were quick to resolve which was very appreciated. The hotel itself looks recently renovated but simple things such as AC and toiletries should be upgraded. Very little airflow / cooling which made it difficult to rest. Bigger hotels like these shouldn’t overlook things that enhance overall guest experience.

Veldig nærme til stranden! Fresht hotell og de som arbeider der er veldig vennlige.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit da.

Très très déçu de mon séjour. D’abord la chambre qui m’a été attribuée ne correspond pas du tout aux photos affichées sur Expédia. La réception est même allée jusqu’à mentir en m’affirmant qu’on avait déjà la plus belle chambre de l’hôtel, en m’interpellant personnellement et me faisant comprendre que je ne devais pas me plaindre. Ce n'est qu'après un commentaire google que la réception reconnaît son erreur, mais propose simplement un petit déjeuner sur les 3 jours qui reste du séjour. Et comme pour tout le reste, le petit déjeuner est décevant : "pâtisseries" du Lidl, machine à jus qui ne fonctionne pas, mauvaise qualité des aliments ... La chambre était belle d’apparence mais les matériaux font low cost, et la propreté laisse à désirer à notre arrivée : taches jaunâtres séchées et non nettoyés dans l’évier, des résidus de fluides sur les murs, des cheveux dans la douche … Le « parking inclus » annoncé n’existe pas (enfin, il y a 15 places pour tout l’hôtel), pour les autres, débrouillez vous et garez vous dans la rue derrière au bord de la route et marchez avec vos valises… bonne chance si vous vous faites raccrocher. Aussi, les chambres sont mal insonorisés, on entends absolument tout ce qui se passe et se dit dans le couloir. Le service de ménage, sympathique au demeurant, claque les portes quasi systématiquement. Bref, pour la grâce matinée, oubliez. La réception ne fait aucun effort, nous demandons quelques sachets de thé, on nous les refuse ... bref, très déçu.

Bra rum, men saknade vissa saker som är vanligt på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Som kaffemaskin på rummet, minibar, lite bättre tvål/schanpoo/balsam.

L’hôtel est propre . Personnel très gentil. A deux pas de la plage.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal jederzeit sehr freundlich. Die Speisenauswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr umfangreich. Besonder positiv ist, dass der Strand lediglich 200 Meter vom Hotel entfernt liegt und sogar in der Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen war. Parkplätze stehen an der Straße ausreichend zur Verfügung.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but we probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again. The location is great, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and the gym. The steam room was okay, but the sauna could be improved. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool wasn’t very appealing. One thing that disappointed us was that many services came with extra charges. We had to pay for the safe, and even using the luggage scale cost extra. It would also be much more convenient if guests could add breakfast or half board during their stay instead of having to pay separately each time. The breakfast and dinner were average. They weren’t bad, but they also didn’t meet our expectations, especially considering the price. The staff at the towel desk were the biggest disappointment. They were often unfriendly, not very reliable, and we had to wait because they didn’t arrive on time. Overall, the hotel has a good location and some nice facilities, but there are several areas that could be improved.
