This hotel is good, the staff help us to have a way for going. Also near to metro train. So easy go to anywhere

The hotel staff couldn't speak English. We need to communicate with them by typing on our mobile devices. The heater is not working. Although we informed them about the issue, they didn't do anything to resolve the problem. On a positive note, they offered to book us a taxi towards the airport.
