ロビーでは無料のコーヒーと紅茶が提供され、MRT駅に直結しており、公園の近くにあるのでランニングにも最適です。

全体的に良かったです。ロビーのサービススタッフは非常に丁寧でした。

素晴らしい場所です。私の好みではナンバーワンです。どこにでも近く、最高の顧客サービスです。

スタッフのサービスはフレンドリーで、朝食は素晴らしく、選択肢が豊富です。部屋は少し古いですが素敵で清潔です。

ターミナル21モールに直結した素敵で豪華なホテル

部屋からの眺めはとても美しく、夜景はさらに美しいです。

快適で清潔な宿泊施設で、受付の方もフレンドリーでとても親切でした。部屋は清潔で素敵でした。スタッフはとても協力的で、快適に過ごせるようサポートしてくれました。基本的に後悔はありません。

Hi, the stay experience was just wonderful and awesome!:-) Not only the breakfast food were good and they were very accommodative to our special needs as Vegetarian and the room was made very neatly every day. Also, the staff are very professional and good in their service when we reported my daughter has left her item in the hotel where we already flown back to our country. They have helped us to find the item and make arrangement for it to be pick up by my family member when they are in Bangkok. Overall we just had very positive experience with Terminal 21 and we are sure to be back staying in the Hotel once we travel back to Bangkok.:-).

ห้องสะอาดวิวสวยมีห้องครัวเล็กๆให้ด้วยน่ารักมาก แต่เสียอย่างเดียวนำ้ร้อนไม่ค่อยทำงาน

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, woke up having body aches. Otherwise, location is good but that 's about the only thing I can comment on.

we stay 2 nights. from 12 till 14 nov 2019. 1st night some one knock our room at 11 pm. the house keeping lady said sorry after I told her that I don't call her to came. that's annoying me, cause I can't slept after that. the other thing is hot shower in the bathroom. that was not good work.the hot water no work as well as we expected. no hot at all. so I can't take a bath in the morning.. the other things are good as well as it should be. over all we accept for our stay. good breakfast, sauna is ok, the view in the room is nice, the room is also nice, spacious and well maintenance.

とても良い。受付スタッフはとても親切でした。私が宿泊した部屋は、スタッフによって予約した部屋よりも良い部屋にアップグレードされました。私は27階に宿泊しましたが、部屋にはすべてが揃っていました。たくさんの子供たちと一緒に行きましたが、本当に楽しかったようです。ホテルにはフィットネスセンター、テニスコート、スイミングプールがあり、お楽しみいただけます。広々とした部屋。街の景色がとても美しいです。
