メインストリートに近いのに静かで治安良く、女性1人でも歩けます。近所にCraftという素晴らしいレストランがあります。 セルディカ駅から石畳の上をスーツケース引いて歩くのは少々疲れますが、まあ問題ないと言えます。 ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーです。エレベーターまで数段の階段があります。部屋の鍵はカードキー。水回りは何の心配もいりません。シャワーの出も良好、水捌けも問題なし、ドライヤーも普通に使えます。 シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、手洗い用固形石鹸など揃っています。 スリッパと歯ブラシは無し。 湯沸かしポットや流し、カトラリーやキッチン洗剤スポンジ等があり、清潔で大変良いです。床も大きなベッドも大きなソファも全て綺麗でした。カーテンも埃などなく清潔でした。エアコンも効きました。 かけ布団が薄いので、一枚だと寒いかもしれません。私はクローゼットの中から出して2枚使用しました。 唯一気になった点は、バスルームのコップが綺麗ではありませんでしたので、持参した紙コップを使用しました。ただ、許容範囲内かと思います。 部屋が広くて開放感あります。心地良い滞在でした。 朝食も美味しく、満足です。ここに泊まってソフィアを散歩するのが素晴らしい時間です。また訪れます。

部屋は広めで設備もよく清潔で静かな環境。問題はレセプション。3泊で5人と接触したが、若い男性と女性二人は問題なし。後の二人はひどかった。大男は何を聞いてもほとんどしゃべらない。散歩に出ようとしたらドアには鍵が。大男がぬっとあらわれてドアの前で突っ立っていた。ノブに鍵がささっていたので自分で回して外に出た。この間無言。30分ほどで戻ったらまた鍵が、ドアをノックしたら大男が現れ解錠してドアを開けるでもなく無言ですたすたと自分の席へ。 もう一人のメガネ男、朝食の食堂で口笛を吹きながらウロウロ、初めは客かと思ったがホテルのロゴ入りTシャツを着ていた。歩き回りながらコーヒーを飲んだり、ビュッフェの食べ物をつまんだり、いなくなったと思ったらコーヒーカップを手に戻り、コーヒーをついで口笛を吹きながらレセプションに帰って行った。この男はチェックアウト時にレセプションに居てカードキーを返しても何も言わない。OK？と聞けば、手を挙げただけで無言。二人ともアルバイトだと思うけど何の訓練もされていないようだ。20室ほどの小さな施設だが、経営者はこの実態を把握しているのだろうか。設備は新しく清潔なだけに大変残念だった。

地下鉄の最寄り駅からは、徒歩3分くらいでした。部屋は広く綺麗で静かでした。滞在中は連日氷点下にもかかわらず、シャワーのみだったことは少し辛かったです。朝食のベーコンが、すごく美味しかったです。ホテルのスタッフとは、チェックインとチェックアウト以外に会話の機会がなかったため、何とも評価出来ず。

Lovely little hotel situated in a quiet street 3 minutes away from all the activity of Sofia. Very pleasant reception manager wo was also very helpful. Excellent rooms for the price, roomy and air-con. Breakfast only average but considering the price still very good value for money

A pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was good throughout. Breakfast was varied and interesting but hot items were little more than room temperature.

Basic hotel in quite good location. Friendly staff and clean room. The view from balcony was not the best one.

Nice hotel two short blocks from main walking and shopping street, 7 short blocks from primary antiquites. Beware of rip off taxis prevalent in Sofia!

Great location, spacious rooms and helpful staff. I stayed in two different rooms a few days apart (201 and 504) and I appreciated the balcony and amenities in each. This place is a gem, and I’d definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Sofia.

Good hotel in good neighborhood. Walkable distance from downtown. Would have been great to have some vegan options for breakfast.

The location is amazing.

The room was a good size, service was good and breakfast was a bonus. Sadly, the items for selection like bacon, sausage or eggs were cold everyday. Otherwise everything else was ok.

This is our second time at the hotel. Everything was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Not a single question was left unanswered. Delicious breakfasts. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located next to Vitosha Avenue. Despite the fact that we had an early flight, the hotel took care of the breakfast box. Thank you very much for everything. We will definitely come back.

Second time i stay and at the hotel it was great!

The place was clean, the staff was great, the breakfast good and the location was convenient.

This could be a good property for some, but not for us. My husband has mobility problems and we though there were only 3 steps...but there were an additional 16 to get to breakfast. Also there were no English language channels on TV so he had nothing to do while I was out walking. On the other hand the room was large and the staff was excellent. Its in a great location if you dont have trouble walking.
