部屋はとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。またスタッフの方には観光地情報やバルなどを紹介してもらいすごく親切でした。屋上でブレックファーストを食べるのですがとても眺めがよいです。またアリカンテに行く時には絶対にここに泊まりたいし、友人が行く時にはお薦めしたいです。

Great place and location, very friendly

The hotel was mordern, clean and my room was spacious with a nice view of the Basilica Santa Maria and some of the Castle. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area where you can walk to most places and good transport links. I would definitely stay there again

Die Unterkunft ist in einer super zentralen Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden uns wieder für das Hotel entscheiden.

I chose this hotel based on other reviews - I think I might have been reading a different hotels reviews! I booked a superior double room with a balcony. There was nothing superior about this room. It was very small with a double bed and a very large fold out bed which I didn't request. The room was tired and we had ants in the bathroom. The rooftop terrace was closed and breakfast was served around the corner in a little tavern, Actually breakfast was probably the best thing about our stay. There was also construction/demolition next door. When I went out on the balcony there were men on a lift chipping away at the bricks, quite awkward! Parking was awful too, we were told that they have a private car park just up the hill, if that one was full then we needed to use the public lot about 10 mins walk away. So we unloaded our cases took them to the room and then tried to find parking. Their private lot is for 6 cars only! Found the public parking and parked there for 2 days. The hotel will stamp your parking ticket so that you get a discount when you collect the car BUT we were not told about the cameras in the Town and the daily fees for driving through the Town until we checked out. €70 a day fine for driving up to the hotel and unloading. Thankfully we had a nice lady checking us out that mentioned this, she took our license plate and added it to the system and said that we should now be OK!! It would of been nice to told this when we checked in. Overall not a great stay!

Jättefint hotell mitt i Gamla stan. God frukost, fransk balkong med utsikt mot kyrkan! Vi trivdes jättebra!

Hadde et bra opphold, men syntes sengen var for hard. Synd at baren på taket ikke hadde åpent mens vi var der.

Vi var lidt bekymrede for at stedet kun var 2 stjerner men vi blev super positivt overraskede. Venligt personale, det lækreste værelse lige overfor kirken og med udsyn til bjerg og borg. Og tagterrassen var enestående. Her hang vi ud om eftermiddagen og der spiste vi en ganske udemærket morgenmad. (Der kunne dog godt have været lidt mere personale og hjælp til oprydning ifm morgenmaden ) En virkelig positiv oplevelse alt i alt

Vi hade standard trippelrum vilket var nästintill okej för priset. AC:n hade lite dålig luft samt att vi inte kunde öppna fönstret då det luktade mat in från restaurangen. Utöver det var servicen väldigt bra, vi fick handdukar när vi ville och städningen var utmärkt! Ett stort plus är att hotellet låg mitt i stan och väldigt nära stranden!

Lovely staff who were extremely helpful with any questions we had. Good breakfast buffet and excellent location with great views from the room/terrace. Hotel room was a good size for 3 and was very clean.

We had a good stay at this hotel, it was everything we needed for a short stop over in Alicante. Completely walkable to anywhere you want to go in the city. The rooftop is a massive bonus!

The rooftop has a great view of the old city and fortress. A couple blocks walking gets you to the city hall or to the beach. Good breakfast and an overall great experience.
