予定通りチェックインしようとしたが、レセプションに誰もいなく、電話したら部屋が無いとの事。話になりませんでした。

広いリビング、落ち着いたベッドルーム、清潔なバスルームも素敵です。 また、食洗機や調理器具がすべて揃っているキッチンや、使いやすい洗濯機と乾燥機も私達の滞在中、大活躍でした。 ほんの少し行けばビーチと気持ちのいいランニングロードがあり、朝のジョギングも最高です。 歩いていける24時のスーパーの数回利用しました。 市内からは少しだけ離れていますが、私達はカーレンタルしたので、なにも問題ありませんでした。 まるで我が家に住んでいるような滞在でした。 今度はバーベキューコーナーも使ってみたいので、また、行きます！ スタッフだけ4なのは、私達が出歩いてて、あまりお会いする機会がなかったけです。 素晴らしいアパートメントでした！

ケアンズの中心までは、夏場は朝夕の涼しい時間帯でないと徒歩では大変かもしれませんが、エスプラネード沿いには簡単に出られるので夕暮れのお散歩も楽しめます。 部屋も広く必要なものは全て揃っているので、快適に過ごせました。 新しいアパートメントではないので仕方がないのでしょうが、エアコンのつけ始めの臭いは少し気になりました。

It is in a quiet street, short drive to marina and shopping centre

Comfortable casual accommodation- great for a few days with kitchen and laundry in the unit. It was a little confusing to check in and out when not arriving during reception hours- we called the posted number and had a smooth check-in but no one answered when we tried to setup checkout for early morning the next day so we left the key fobs in the drop box and left a message and hoped. One detail was that a hot tub is listed and I thought I verified by looking ta the pool image to see a small side pool- which ended up being just that and not a hot tub.

Called to ask if we could store our luggage until checkin time was asked how we booked then told off for not booking direct and via a third party amongst other complaints about not booking direct with them then told too busy and nowhere to store luggage despite website stating can store luggage. Not off to a great start! Arrived at 1.45pm, reception unattended, rang the number was told he’d come but would be 15min away and room not ready til 2.30pm as they’ve been very busy and room was still being cleaned as previous occupants messy. This time though they stored our luggage in our room. Two bedroom apartment with kitchen - floors were clean, stains on both couches, paint peeling from ceiling in bedroom (see photo) kitchen benches still dirty, cooktop burnt, bare minimum with crockery and cooking utensils. Bathroom ok (if you’re ok with shower curtains!) blinds faulty and didn’t close properly in lounge. Beds soft, pillows were thin and ineffective. Has a small pool, we didn’t use it. Parking spaces available for car if needed, gate closed overnight so secure. Location: close to esplanade but a decent walk to get to shops and cafes

It was a place to sleep, the beds had clean sheets, there was a safe parking spot for the car. As for the rest, the place is really run down, When we came in 1st time I had to sweep the floors and got rid of a heap of dust and dirt, there was a half empty coke can at the entrance, the floors had some sticky substance which we washed off. There was not a single clean plate, glass, cup etc. Had to was all the cutlery before use, not enough plates/cutlery/utensils to serve even 3 people. The place had a really bad smell, we had to buy deodorants to get it to an ok level. Shower curtain was filthy, all the walls looks like they haven’t been painted since the place was built, some of the ceilings look like it could either be filthy/ have water stains, kitchen counter is burnt and needs replacement, pots and pans need to be replaced, tiles cracked throughout the place, blinds need to be replaced. Hood top was disgustingly dirty. Doors and walls had heaps of gapes, scrapes, screw holes. Walls next to table had some yellow liquid spill never cleaned off. Brown substance (probably poop) on the wall behind the toilet paper roll on wall. Tumble dryer only works on 1 setting, wifi was patchy.

The property had a pool and was close to the waterfront.

Great place. Very close to hospital cafes tavern airport. Kitchen too.

Enjoy staying

Property manager Complained about late check in, even though we noted on the Wotif booking. He then complained that we didn’t book direct and noted how much money we lost on arrival. Several things in the apartment didn’t work. Toilet leaked and would refill constantly. Aircon in lounge room rattled soo much we couldn’t use. There was nothing in the apartment to clean, had to use a towel to clean the floor after being at the beach. Virtually no toiletries were provided: 1 roll toilet tissue, some shampoo and 2 bars of soap. A bit rich for the price. Kitchen had no oven, toaster didn’t work, no overhead extraction fan, no frying pan. Think they should revise their star rating and prices. Very disappointing considering how often I use this website for work. Please review NB

Clean, comfortable and spacious with 2 bedrooms. Close to travel around to various activities we booked during our stay. Quiet and peaceful.

Lovely quiet complex. Spacious rooms. Pool and outdoor spa. 30 minutes walk to restaurants and shopping and marina for reef activities.

A convenient place to stay. Easy to get to and not too far from main city.

Property was at a good spot well maintained and clean to stay.

The manager was rude and the unit old and dirty. The double bed mattress had caved in on on side, the bathroom was mouldy (painted over) and the only ventilation was the window over the bath/shower which allowed the neighbours to see you shower. The balcony was FILTHY. the tiles in the kitchen were lifting. Was not allowed to check in until 2:30 even though the owner knew we arrived early morning and their website states a 1:30pm check in. Not once we're we told o enjoy our stay. Even upon checkout we were not asked how our stay was. Would not recommend to anyone. Certainly not 4 stars as website says.

Not clean

Lots of room for Mum and 2 teenage girls! Good location, quiet and close enough to the action. All you need and easy in and out.
