Tout au top sauf la recharge électrique pour la voiture qui a été facturé 60€ pour une nuit de recharge (pas d ela faute de l’hôtel mais ils devraient quand même prévenir que ça peut arriver si on ne décroche pas son véhicule « en pleine nuit » quand la recharge est finie !

Un hébergment idéal pour circuler en Centre Alsace.

Ma fille et moi avons été accueillis avec bienveillance. Nous remercions l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme. Le petit déjeuner présente de belles propositions délicieuses sans oublier le fameux kouglof alsacien. Très bon séjours.

The hotel room was nice and clean and my daughter liked the four-poster bed. When it is hot outside the room does become very warm. Breakfast was good. Dinner in the restaurant is good but choice was limited. Personnel very friendly. Dieffenthal is very small but Selestat nearby is a nice place with enough restaurants as well.

Staff were useless. Hotel needs updating. Beautiful setting though

Malgré un bon accueil, la chambre est à renoverr complétement : tête de lit salle, lampe de chevet hors service, mur salle de bain degradé, habillage chaise bureau salle. Seuf la literie correct.

A nice and comfortable stop over in Alsace. Nice personell and good comfort. Restaurant was a big plus since you are a little off. But right on the wine road. Great with a dog. Perfect location for taking in all surrunding sites with ease.

We picked this property as its unique South France countryside character. Location is great. However, we are disappointed with this stay. First their customer service never gets through. I called multiple times at different time of the day want to confirm how late we can check in. 2ndly, at checkin, we were informed about the breakfast. I double checked if our breakfast is included as it is not clear on the booking. I was told yes it is. I’m not a big fan of French hotel breakfast, as it is included. We rose early ( we r late risers) to eat it. They provided baguette, cheese apple milk and coffee… We only had a piece of bread and coffee. At checkout we were forced to pay additional

Nice stay but a bit far from the city center

Hotellet ligger flot og omringet af vinmarker. Det er et ældre hotel, men det er hyggeligt. Dog så er sengene på værelserne også gamle træ himmelsenge, som man sov i for 50 år siden. Vores seng (vær 34) var for kort og så knirkede sengen så meget at vi endte med at smide madrasserne ned på gulvet for at kunne sove. Service og venlighed er helt i top - men der mangler komfort i forhold til andre hoteller

Chambre non insonorisé et sans rideau ocultant. Je suis tres decu de la pretation ayant payé 100€ la nuit. Mauvaise qualite de sommeil

Very nice and clean place, ideally located, not invoicing any crazy extras (like many hotels around) but just what expected.

Un chambre spacieuse, normalement on entend rien sauf que malheureusement la dernière nuit, j'entendais qu'on bougeait les lits et c'est dommage, mais cela n'empêche pas que le séjour a été agréable.

Easy to acces to parking lot. Kindly staffs. Room enough space. I will definitly stay again.
