部屋が暗すぎる。 レセプションでツアーを申し込んだらかなりぼられてしまった。 ぼられた以外は良かったです。

フェズエルバリのスークに近く、観光には最適な場所です。 ホテルにつきまでの道は少し夜は暗く怖さを感じますが、昼間は問題ありません。 テラスからの眺めは素晴らしく、ぜひ夕暮れにミントティーをいただいてください

We stayed 4 nights at this Riad and it was one of the best Riad we stayed in Morocco. The style was very vintage with modern facilities and the location is great. It is just outside the Medina and close to a street so it is easy to catch Taxis or transfers without carrying or pushing your bags through the middle of the Medina. The staff were so friendly especially Othmne who served us breakfast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us

Friendly staff, clean, adorable place.

RIAD located on the edge of the Medina. It is a beautiful old building that had been renovated and maintains its historic charm. As a historic property, you need to be able to climb some uneven and narrow stairs to access the rooms, lighting is a bit dim and outlets are limited. Our room had TV, AC, good WiFi, was quite large, had a nice sofa to relax on and a beautiful view of the inner garden. Breakfast was included and the staff even packed us a to go breakfast the day we had to catch a ride well before breakfast hours.

We had a great stay at the Riad the staff were so friendly even made us a takeaway breakfast when we had an early morning start. The facilities were clean and tidy would stay here again.

I typically don’t give reviews but am doing so as I relied heavily on them for my trip to Morroco. I had an amazing stay at this Riad. The hospitality from both Othmane and Hajar was exceptional. They truely went out of their way to make our stay in Fez even more special. We were two females travelling together and felt very safe. The Riad is very well located and is close to a parking lot so you do not need to walk very far from being dropped off by taxi. We also used this parking lot as a reference for us to get back to the Riad as the Medina is quite hectic to navigate. The breakfast was very good and changed every day. We stayed in the Andalouse room and were very comfortable. Big room and bathroom. I would definitely return to this Riad.

Beautifully decorated room down to the four banner bed with gorgeous white princess curtains. Keen staff eager to make your day better. Balcony was great, good views. Central location.

The location was great but the rooms were not as nice as the pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad des Remparts de Fès. Both Hajar and Mohammed made sure we were comfortable and ensured that we had everything we needed. We also especially requested eggs during one of our breakfasts and Hajar made sure we got them the next day. Excellent hospitality, clean and a well maintained Riad. Most days it was just the two of us there so we got the whole space to ourselves. Also, located conveniently; a quick 5-7 minute walk from the main souks and the Blue Gate. One thing to be mindful of: due to old infrastructures, there are no elevators so if you’re in the top most room, that’s 4 flights of stairs. Overall, highly recommend this Riad.

Stayed two nights on visit to Fes. Good location and comfortable.

We had a pleasant stay at the riad. The owner is very helpful, she helped us with the luggage and told us where to find restaurants in the maze-like Medina. We had to leave early on our departure date, but she kindly arranged early breakfast for us.

Good host and location, but bedsheets were hard and rough, shower only gave cold water and was very low to the ground.

Ha sido la mejor atención recibida en Marruecos, el Riad contaba con todas las comodidades , limpieza y desayuno incluido. Sin duda es un lugar muy recomendado en Fez para pasar unos días y recorrer la Medina. Muy central y seguro.

Contrairement à tous les commentaires que nous avons lus, c’était une expérience plutôt décevante. Certes nous sommes au Maroc et les standards sont différents des standards européens. Le rapport qualité prix n’était pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons trouvé cet endroit sans âme et froid. Nous avons eu la chambre Azur. + : Le personnel est accueillant Emplacement : bien situé pour visiter la médina et pour accéder au Riad Terrasse avec vue - Le réceptionniste ne parle ni français, ni anglais. Pas de boisson de bienvenue comme indiqué dans la réservation, seul l’eau du robinet est gratuite… Couvre feu à minuit Douche cassée Drap bouloché et très inconfortable au toucher Taches sur les oreillers J’ai demandé du thé au petit déjeuner, je n’ai eu que du café. Pas d’œufs au petit déjeuner Mobilier de la terrasse n’est pas propre Déranger par les mouches dans la chambre La taxe de séjour demandée sur place est différente de celle annoncée lors de la réservation en ligne 12€ contre 5,47€ En résumé, passable mais pour ce prix vous pouvez trouver mieux ailleurs

The riad is beautifully built and attention to details. The host was very hospitable. There is vehicular access to the riad and it is within walking distance from the main street. We stayed in Azul which is on 3rd floor so there are some stairs to climb, but you get to enjoy the rooftop view so I'd say this could easily the best room to stay in.

Joli Riad dans la médina de Fes, proche d'un parking et facile à trouver. Situé a une centaine de mètres d'une des deux rues principales de ls médina. Chambre Azur joliment décorée. Personnel compétent et attentif.

Wonderful, cheerful service and helpful staff. Location was perfect for exploring medina and local areas.

My husband and I stayed at Riad des Remparts for 5 nights. The service was great: very accommodating, friendly and professional. They always asked us how we were doing and if there was anything they could do for us. The location is also great-very close to the old Medina and only a short walk to where taxis park. The decorations and architecture are beautiful-very traditional. The breakfast included various freshly made/baked breads, olives, jams, cheese, fresh orange juice and good coffee. The roof top patio, which overlooks the medina, is large with several seating areas. The only issue is the step and narrow stair case to some rooms that could pose an issue for some guests. Super value for the money.

Hajar, manager of the Riad is a wonderful host, always smiling and does magic to ensure we have a memorable stay in Fez. She arranged a tour guide at our last minute resquest, and check we are happy with. Great breakfast, we were happy with the Azur room that is on the terrasse and gives view on the Medina and other parts of Fez. Roomy and large bathroom. No fridge or water boiler for coffee. Easy to find, car can access (great feature so you don't get lost in the medina with suitcases!). Overall good quality /price - highly recommended
