総合評価とレビュー Gracie Art Hotel 798

デザイナーホテルということで期待していましたが、ホテルの入り口から客室まで清掃がされていないことに驚きました。フロントのチェックインカウンターの横は埃やゴミが目立ち、廊下は虫の死体が多くありました。客室は豪華で入ったときは印象が良かったのですが、禁煙のホテルなのにタバコ臭かったです。バスタブ、シャワールーム、洗面所のどこも黒カビだらけで気持ちが悪かったです。日々掃除していない表れです。本当に残念なホテルでした。二度と泊まりません。

とてもオシャレなホテルでした。オブジェや、エレベーターのペイントも凝っていました。朝食もランチもおいしかったです。

駅隣接ではないが、静かで落ち着ける

部屋は日本のビジネス並みに狭く、シャワーとトイレ一体型で便座がびしょ濡れになるほどです。床は軋むし、隣の音は聞こえるし、良いとか無しです。

I was interested in the discount rate of this hotel and reserved one night. However, I'm afraid and suspect that the original price is just a luering price to show the discount rate big. The room, especially the bath room is terrible, water comes very little from the shower and it is very difficult to adjust the temperature of the water...

旅行で行くなら空港から近くタクシーでの移動は便利です。昼間に歩くとギャラリーやちょっとアングラな雰囲気のお店やカフェが立ち並ぶオシャレなエリアです。 ホテル内はキャンドルの灯りで照らされ、アーティスティックな絵画がいたるところに張り出されています。 部屋はベッドがとても心地良くよく眠れました。 しかし、ビジネスとなると地下鉄からのアクセスは良くないのと、部屋のデスクが小さく椅子の高さが低くて合っていないので仕事がし難いです。 今回はビジネスでの渡航だった為、用途によって感想が分かれるところですね。 朝食は洋食でビュッフェの品数は最低限でしたが、スタッフにフライドエッグを勧めてもらったのでお願いしたところ、小さなスキレットに丁寧に盛り付けられて半熟でも問題なく美味しくいただきました。

少し分かりにくい入口を見つけると、そこはすでにアート。なんだか変な人形が出迎えてくれました。 同様にアーティスチックな風情の受付のスタッフもとても親切で、私にも分かり易い英語で応対してくれます。 部屋の調度は古いもののとても清潔にしてあり、むやみに広くないのも帰って落ち着きます。 朝食もありきたりのバイキングではなく、アメリカ風・ヨーロッパ風・中国風の３メニューから選ぶと、調理して持って来てくれるもの。私はアメリカ風を選びましたが、小さなフライパンに炒めた葉物やフライドエッグを詰めた一品。少し塩気が強かったものの、おいしく頂きました。 大規模な高級ホテルとは一味も二味も違った、小規模で温かいもてなしを受け、とても快適な一晩でした。

シングルルームの滞在だったので部屋は狭くシャワー室もいまいちでした。とはいえ建物全体の雰囲気はとてもよく、798芸術区内の建物で、とてもよい時間を過ごすことができました。廊下でモデルの女優を数名のカメラマンが撮影している光景にもたまたまでくわしました。朝食はコンチネンタル・アメリカン・中国式から選択可能で、自分はアメリカンを選びました。非常においしく、ほかの口コミの方も書いていますが、コンチネンタルを選んだとしてもおそらく通常のそれではなく、イングリッシュブレックファーストのようなものがでてきたのではないかと想像されます。トレッドミルで走ったのち、くつろいだ中庭もよかったです。

798芸術区内にあり、中国の若手アーティスト達の展示を徒歩圏内で参観出来ました。ホテル全体の雰囲気もお洒落。朝食も簡単なブッフェ以外に3種類のセットから選べ、満足です。ただ防音設備はいいとは言えません。

空港から、タクシーで向かったら、解りにくい場所に有るため、運転手がホテルに何度も電話して、確認してくれた。 お湯がぬるくて、風呂は、ダメですね！

6$ breakfast sandwich is cold

Gracie Art Hotel was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay for my short visit to Beijing. It is located right on the edge of the 798 Art Zone which offers a lot, although it seemed like most attractions close pretty early and the lighting on the paths late at night is very dim. The staff was very helpful in checking me in and ordering cabs and finding late night food or drinks. Would recommend!

친절하시고. 룸서비도 만족합니다. 조식도 맘에들고요 특히 커피맛이 일품입니다. 798라트존 가까이 있어서 너무좋아요.

Very Stylish and comfortable hotel. Location is a must see

I stayed at the Gracie Art Hotel 798 for 2 nights. The location is great if you'd like to explore the 798 Art's district … just outside the door, you are on the edge of the huge art district area. Hotel was decorated great and had everything I needed for a comfortable 2 nights. Some great common rooms to hang out in for reading and/or socializing. Breakfast buffet was great way to start the day and had dinner one evening which was nice. The staff English was so-so, but was able to figure out what I needed.

The service of the front desk is great.

O hotel tem muito potencial, com o melhor atendimento dos hoteis que ja estive na China. Ocorre que o quarto estava um pouco sujo, o que nao eh algo esperado para um hotel desta categoria.

Lovely small boutique hotel in the very interesting 798 Art District. Its a short walk to a more-upscale shopping district and the Beijing subway from which one can access to the rest of the city. Some amenities are a bit lacking primarily because it is such a small hotel, but all of the basics are covered. The hotel art collection is impressive in its variety and beauty. Hotel staff is top-notch: professional, caring, and very friendly! I can't say enough good things about the front of house (front desk and doormen), housekeeping, and restaurant personnel.

48 hour layover in Beijing so chose to visit the art zone. The hotel is in the zone and everything is walkable. The staff are terrific and the hotel is a really comfortable boutique property. Enjoyed our stay very much.
