Can't complain bout comfort and cleanliness, was really great and met my expectations. need to improve maintenance however due to obvious chips on wooden floor and missing grout in the bathroom which could harbor mildew which is a great health risk to customers. also, no kleenex? no garbage bin except in the bathroom? customer service in your sky deck and 99 spoons is worst!! I stayed a day just to sleep over in your hotel. obviously, I wasn't dressed for an occasion. no one approached me nor extended greetings towards me in multiple times I went up there. I even had to go to the bar myself to collect the beverage menu. seems like your crew pays more respect and attention to foreigners and guests who are nicely dressed. Even the supervisor on a neck tie does not exhibit the courtesy that his crew must display! I bet none of these crew are living a rich and lavish life so I should have not been treated like a low class citizen just based on appearance. guests are guests and should be treated the same no matter if they are local or not. and your crew should bear in mind that paying guests are the reasons why they exist in your hotel!
