シャワーの排水が悪い。テレビがうつらなかったが、直してくれた。タオルは、古い。 周りを早朝、散歩して綺麗なところがないのが残念。

ブキングしたディラクスking-sizeのかわりに二人シングルベッド二つのベッドに入れた。なんかい言い出して変えてもらった。ベッドにがが合った。二つ気になった。

建物はそこそこなんですが、従業員が廊下で大声で話をするので、騒々しいものでした。廊下の物音が部屋の中で丸聞こえ。ベッドのシーツは洗ってはいるのでしょうが、シミだらけ。酒類はライセンスがないらしく、置いていませんでした。

まだ新しいホテルです。２０１３年１月現在。 まだ新しさをキープしており、メンテナンスも、異常なし。 朝食は、バラエティ豊かで、どれもおいしかった。 ビール入手困難なインドで、スタッフは、買いに行ってくれます。 一つ難点は、タオルが薄茶色、そして、初日のタオルは、以上に、臭かった。

This was my third or fourth visit to Hotel Kempton I was given a lovely room and the excellent staff couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcomed. Enjoyed a good buffet breakfast and later a delicious meal in the restaurant with some dear Kolkata friends. Definitely recommended- Thank you!

This was the fourth or fifth time that I have stayed at the Kempton Hotel. I have always found it a property that provides value for money. The staff are helpful and courteous; rooms are clean; breakfast offers a variety. The hotel is also very centrally located. I will choose to stay there again when I next visit Kolkata.

The room was clean with little to no spots. However, there were smudges on the bed sheet. The room is perfect for two and the noise insulation is great.

Room was not clean with dust bunnies flying when the fan was turned on.

Hotel Kempton was as good this stay as it ever has been. The staff are welcoming and always available to help with any need. They make you feel at home. The food is amazing, from the great breakfast to the amazing choices on the room service menu. I will never stay any place else in Kolkata.

Very good location. Everything is close. The restaurant was good as well. The lift was too small. It kind of created a suffocation. Otherwise good place to stay.
