夜遅くについても、紳士的なユーモアがある対応の受付が好印象で、中に入ると、家具、庭、朝食、アメニティ、バスローブ全てにおいて最高でした。 ホテルのスタッフの対応も素早く、丁寧、暖かみがあります。特に夜～朝のスタッフ（名前は忘れてしまいました）が本当に温かいおもてなしで、話をしていて楽しかったです。 部屋も窓や、アンティーク？の家具、ベッド、照明、バス、どれをとっても素敵でびっくりしました。 そして朝食会場では２４時間コーヒー、紅茶が飲めるのですが、特に紅茶のティーバックが美味しく、朝食も砂糖無しのヨーグルト、オールドブラン、スクランブルエッグ、焼き立てクロワッサンとお客様の事を考えて用意されていました。 庭にはイングリッシュガーデンみたいな素敵なガーデンがあり、プールも夜はライトアップされます。 外でもご飯が食べれてすごくリフレッシュできました。 バスローブもついているところは初めてでしたし、部屋にはミネラルウオーターがあり、至れり尽くせりでした。 本当に快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。ハネムーンでいったのですがいい思い出になりました！

O quarto standard é bem antigo e com falta de manutenção e limpeza do exaustor do banheiro. Paredes com muito mofo. Quarto cheira mofo. Colchão muoto antigo e deformado.

Breakfast was great and the staff is wonderful. Great location with many restaurant options all around. My third time staying there. A special shout out to Jose and Clara!

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. The staff were so welcoming and kind, and more than happy to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself has so much character, it really was a breath of fresh air from the shiny high rises we were used to staying in. The breakfast was great. The location is excellent! The best location we have stayed in BA so far. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I were to come back I would definitely stay here.

Property is nice on the outside and gardens are lovely, but the interior is shabby. The bathroom is tiny and the sink was badly painted with peach coloured paint! There was mould on the walls of the bathroom

Air conditioning was good

I loved staying as Bens L'Hotel Palermo. I had 2 rooms, one was a suite and one was a standard room. It was like staying in a bed an breakfast, very quaint, and like staying with family (in a good way). The suite was large, spacious, and very comfortable. The standard room was quite small and not much room for anything but the bed. I was surprised by the difference. Again, the hotel was lovely, but the standard was small. If you can afford the suite, take it.

The standard rooms were small, but cozy. The location in Palermo was excellent.

Not a bad stop. Got stuck overnight and booked last minute. Nice little courtyard in the middle. Pool looked a little uninviting. Would have loved a warm shower at 3am before our flight but it wasn't meant to be. The room we had needed a little updating for sure. Could be better rooms in the place and we just got a more run down room. Who knows. We did sleep great in the bed so that was nice.

This is a great place to stay. It’s located in Palermo and is close to lots to restaurants, cafes etc. The hotel has a nice rustic and vintage look to it, which I thought was cute. The staff is also wonderful, warm, welcoming and very accommodating. The hotel also comes with 2 adorable cats. All in all, a great place to stay :).

I love this charming, classic and peaceful small hotel and its great location. The warm, caring and professional attention of staff like Clara and Pablo really made feel at home while recovering from illness during my trip. Having an excellent breakfast in the garden was a great way to start my day!

The hotel is stunning, a real oasis hidden in the center of Palermo. The garden is gorgeous place to hide and have a glass of wine when you’re tired from sightseeing.
