夜遅くについても、紳士的なユーモアがある対応の受付が好印象で、中に入ると、家具、庭、朝食、アメニティ、バスローブ全てにおいて最高でした。 ホテルのスタッフの対応も素早く、丁寧、暖かみがあります。特に夜～朝のスタッフ（名前は忘れてしまいました）が本当に温かいおもてなしで、話をしていて楽しかったです。 部屋も窓や、アンティーク？の家具、ベッド、照明、バス、どれをとっても素敵でびっくりしました。 そして朝食会場では２４時間コーヒー、紅茶が飲めるのですが、特に紅茶のティーバックが美味しく、朝食も砂糖無しのヨーグルト、オールドブラン、スクランブルエッグ、焼き立てクロワッサンとお客様の事を考えて用意されていました。 庭にはイングリッシュガーデンみたいな素敵なガーデンがあり、プールも夜はライトアップされます。 外でもご飯が食べれてすごくリフレッシュできました。 バスローブもついているところは初めてでしたし、部屋にはミネラルウオーターがあり、至れり尽くせりでした。 本当に快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。ハネムーンでいったのですがいい思い出になりました！

Very welcoming staff that allowed an early check in. Lovely gardens and relaxing atmosphere and a pool. Breakfast was generous and offered a nice variety. I would love to stay here again!

Rooms are a little run down and could use fresh paint and have no sound proofing. However the property itself is amazing and a quiet beautiful respite right in the heart of a busy area. The pool, garden and communal areas are fantastic and staff were lovely.

The most beautiful hotel!! I loved my stay here. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Every time I walked through the main entrance it was like a peaceful oasis. I would definitely come back!!

Staff were extremely helpful, great breakfast- sometimes in the garden. An old property but well maintained and very clean. The added bonus of Bens is that it is right in the heart of Palermo, a stones throw from bars and restaurants. Safe at night, we would always stay there again.

Disappointing Stay at BENS L'Hotel Palermo: Location and Staff Shined, but Room Value Fell Short We recently stayed at BENS L'Hotel Palermo and found the overall experience disappointing, primarily due to the disparity between the price paid and the quality of the room we received. The positive reviews on Expedia did not align with our reality. The primary issues were with the room and bathroom functionality. The bathroom door didn't close properly, and the bathtub had a bizarrely designed glass door opening that made entering and exiting for a shower feel precarious and "sketchy." For the price point, we expected much higher standards of maintenance and room design. On a positive note, the hotel's location was indeed fantastic, offering easy access to the area. The staff were also very helpful and nice, which made interacting with them a pleasure. Ultimately, while we appreciated the great location and friendly service, the condition and value of the room overshadowed these positives, resulting in a disappointing stay.

The hotel is superbly located in Palermo and was on the whole good, with and staff being very friendly and helpful. However, we did have a couple of issues with the room: the air conditioning unit was not very effective and could have been better maintained. Also, the bathroom was poorly ventilated and had some mould on the ceiling and upper walls as a result. We did report these issues to the hotel on our departure.

This place is in the heart of Palermo. There is a nice garden area and a good breakfast. The facility itself is old and could use upgrades and TLC.

O hotel é antigo, mas muito bem conservado. O atendimento foi ótimo, principalmente da Clara (recepção). Café da manhã delicioso e com várias opções. Tudo caprichado. Chuveiro esquenta bem, toalhas boas. Ar quente funciona bem. Não temos nada a reclamar. Localização muito boa, com muitas opções de restaurantes ao redor.
