総合評価とレビュー Hollywood Palms Inn and Suites

1階に滞在する場合、2階の足音がかなりうるさく眠れない。滞在時、深夜2時ごろ滞在者と従業員の間での口論が響き渡り、危険を感じるレベル。寝具は枕がひどく匂い耐えられない。室内は清潔とはいいがたく、掃除が行き届いていない。椅子にも座りたくなく、室内のものにも手を触れたくない。料金同等の価値は見いだせず、なぜこの価格設定にしているのか全く理解できない。二度と宿泊したくない。

ハリウッドエリアのモーテルなのでホテルとは比較はできませんが、ハリウッドという観光地に旅行するならちゃんとしたホテルに宿泊されることをおすすめします。 ここのモーテルはハリウッドから近いためモーテルとは言え割高だし、部屋の清潔感も治安もとても良いとは言えません。 チェックインの際、フロントロビーには鍵がかかっており、呼鈴を鳴らしてホテルスタッフを呼びますし、ホテルロビーのスタッフとの間には防弾ガラスが… このエリアの治安の悪さを感じました。 安宿をというのならハリウッドから少し離れたエリアに宿泊した方が部屋も清潔で治安の良い場所があると思います。 毎年ロスには仕事と観光を兼ねて行きますが、ここのモーテルに泊まることはもう無いと思います。 男だけの旅ならまだしも、カップルや御家族連れでの旅行でしたら治安的にもここのモーテルは止めておいた方が…

子供と二人で6泊しました、 宿泊した部屋が悪かったんだとおもいますが、 特にクーラーの音がうるさくて、熟睡できなかた。 ロサンゼルスは初めてなので、 これがあたり前なのかもしれませんが、 1泊の料金が1万2千円で、 日本では考えられない位、全ての面で 最高にレベルが低くかったです。 また、ロサンゼルスは良かったので、 同じ料金位のホテルで比べます。 英語が得意じゃない方には難しいかも。

大きな石鹸は毎日取り替えられ、ハウスキーパーはきちっとしているがドライヤーなどが欲しかった。 立地は良く便利。 前払いでチェックoutがらく。 他の部屋が沢山改装工事をしていたので 今後綺麗になるかも？

Love how close it was to the Hollywood Palladium but The room we were given had issues with the sink draining and even with the AC running the room was stuffy. Adding that the worker literally goes room to room at checkout to make sure you’re out.

The room's wood floors were filthy - the bottom of my feet have never been so dirty indoors. The bathroom light switch looked like it had blown out brains on it, and the bedding had tears in it. They make you pay a cash deposit of $200 so they can hold back money from it easily. The manager yells at his guests, and the staff are just weird and rude. Don't do it!

En la habitación habían muchas cucarachas, los ductos del aire sucios y enfriaba muy poco, me surgió una irritación en los brazos , terminé con la piel irritada, Le pedí al front desk que me apoyara y me dijo que no haría nada por mi solo que mandaría a limpieza del cuarto. La tele no funcionaba solo encendía. Le pedí su apoyo por todo lo que tuve que tirar de mis cosas personales por la presencia de las CUCARACHAS Horrible lugar. La atención fue pésima y el refrigerador no enfriaba al meter mis cosas No lo recomiendo

Too pricey for such a basic hotel. The bed was hard as a rock and squeaked every time i got up. The remote did not even work. They came to fix and it still didnt work. the blanket had holes in it. I asked for a different blanket and they left me with no blanket. They expect you to do check in outside. They didnt want to let me in.The clerk seems like she is scared to even sit at the front desk.

Good stay

Went to shows at the Hollywood Palladium and this hotel was super convenient and walkable to the venue. The room was clean and the price was reasonable. Property manager was kind and friendly. Easy parking. I felt safe as a female solo traveler. There’s also lots of food options around the area and a liquor store around the corner. I will definitely stay here again for future shows at the Palladium!
