The room is very clean ,wide and nice. Stuff are very kind. The location is beautiful! I had fantastic tire!

静かで、スタッフの対応も大変よい

Warm welcome, comfortable swimming pool facility, nice departure gift. However, on the day of departure, when looking for toilet around the reception area, a senior lady (hotel staff? or owner?) told us to use toilet outside of the hotel, and this was repeated by another younger reception staff. This was sufficient to ruin all the efforts the other staff may have been making to make the hotel guests happy (as the hotel slogan says), and to destroy good impression we had till then. The appology made by the younger staff (after she realized that we were hotel guests) did not succeed to change our impression, and only bitter feeling is left in our memory. Another thing, which may be worth mentioning, is that the room did not seem to have been cleaned carefully, because we found small things on the floor, and a tiny piece of broken glasses on the sofa. There were two glasses (tumblers) next to refrigerator, but, the edges of both glasses were broken, and may have been dangerous if used.

オーストリアのドナウ川世界遺産ヴァッハウ渓谷の小さな町ドュルンシュタインで、ぜひ泊まりたいホテル。 レストランのテラスからの眺めは素晴らしく、ゆっくり食事できる。

部屋の窓からは美しい教会と静かに流れる川が見え、絵葉書を切り取ったようでした。部屋も快適で、スタッフは親切でした。また、川を臨めるレストランは、お料理もスタイリッシュかつおいしかったです。ジョバンニという犬も、受付にいて、かわいかったです。

チェックインやチェックアウトの対応や部屋の設備、ロケーションは大満足です。 ただ、1点不満な点は、レストランのスタッフ1人です。対応してくれたのは2名ですが、1人は(細身の色白の方)は感じも良かったのですが、もう1人(短髪で体格ががっちりしてる)がとても調子がよくいい加減でした。 量的に食べれないと思い、５品コースを頼んだのにフルコースにされ、確認するように頼みましたが、結局フルコース。肉料理なんてほとんど食べてません。デザートにいたっては出てくる前に部屋に帰りました。 会計では、フルコース料金、しかもホテルゲスト価格ではなく一般客料金で2名で20ユーロも高く請求されてました。後で明細で発覚！ルレエシャトーでまさかこんなことになるとは… 他が全て良かったので残念です。 あの人、教育すべきです！

すべてに満足できる5つ星のホテルです。早いチェックイン、遅いチェックアウトで時間に余裕を持って楽しんでいただきたいホテルでした。季節もよく風通しのよい清潔な部屋。心配り。ドナウ川に面したこのホテルは、すべての訪れる人を満足させるでしょう。同行の妻も大変満足しています。またいつか宿泊したい心に残るホテルでした。

アーチの柱に支えられた高い天井は歴史を感じさせます。部屋の入り口のドアは二重になっています。バスタブの金具にはホテルのロゴがさりげなく入っていて、大理石の洗面台には上品な陶器がはめこまれています。広いラウンジには高級そうな家具が置かれていて、セレブな気分を味わうことができるかもしれません。

ドナウ川に面したロケーションが素晴らしい。普通はバッハウ渓谷のクルーズで立ち寄るくらいの旅行者が多いと思いますが、素通りはもったいない。２泊しましたが、十分楽しめました。

ドナウクルーズを目的に2泊しました。レストランでの夕食も英語メニューがありわかりやすかったです。部屋も大変静かで快適に過ごしました。クレムスからバスでアクセスする場合、駅の次の停留所で降りると距離的には近いですが坂が急です。

内装は豪華で、古城ホテルの雰囲気を満喫できます。部屋の窓からはドナウ川が一望でき、眺望も最高でした。

Les stores dans la chambre sont un peu désuets, un trop court. La salle de bain petite. Belle vue sur le Danube.

Location and feel of the hotel; very nice setting for restaurants

The pictures of the property do not even come close to giving justice. The staff is ultra friendly. A true joy staying.

Beautiful property in an amazing location. The service was outstanding. We dined at the property three times in 48 hours. The food was delicious and again, the service was excellent. We will return and recommend to friends.

Gorgeous property and fantastic service by staff hotel, and special shout out to Isabel, who went out of her way to assist. Unfortunately the restaurant's service was lacking. Would definitely return!
