総合評価とレビュー Brewers Inn Hotel

車の通りが多い道沿いなので騒音が多く、カーテンもしっかりしまらず夜中も外の光りがけっこう入ってくる。 通常ホテルの案内が部屋にあってそこにWi-fiのパスワードが書いてあるがそのような案内冊子もなかったのでフロントに電話したらめんどくさそうにパスワードを書いた紙を持って来た。

スタッフは愛想はいいが、頼んだことをよく忘れる。 イングリッシュブレックファーストを頼んだら、毎日２０分以上待たされた。１，２度は再度頼んだら、忘れていた。 チケットのプリントアウトを頼んだら、メール自体を消された。 ルームカードが１週間滞在中、４回も使えなくなった。バスタオル類を１回替えてなかった。 やることが遅い。キッチンも遅い。 バスタブが小さい。シャワーは固定式で使いづらい。暖房が効かず、寒かった。 静かな部屋を頼んでいたのに、道路側で、とてもうるさかった。 コンチネンタルにすると、野菜も果物（丸ごとのバナナ・リンゴはあるが、カットされた果物類がない）もヨーグルトもない。 ヨーグルトを頼むと、２日間品切れだった。 地下鉄駅もないし、ロンドン中心部に出るのに不便で高くつく。交通費分、高くても地下鉄駅近くのホテルにすれば良かった。人々の評価が高いから選んだが、何故、ポイントが高いのか、分からない。ロンドンの他のホテルが悪すぎるからか。

Excellent hotel above a pub in Wandsworth. Very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to stay.

Super mysigt ställe, vi skulle ha en harry potter London resa. Och det här hotellet gav verkligen rätt vibe! Super trevlig personal, mysiga rum och toppen mat! Enda vi har att på peka var att det var dåligt tryck i duschen och inget skohorn. Men hade vi frågat efter skohorn hade dom nog ordnat.

The room was very clean and tidy but I could only get the air con unit to heat the room so directly blew hot air - loudly-onto me but didn't heat the whole room so once I turned the unit off I was quickly cold

Staff were really really welcoming and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean and everything I needed. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was a super hot day. The communal hallways leading to the room I would say are in need of painting and re-carpeting. I can't comment on the pub food/drinks as I didn't use but it looked very nice. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Room was lovely. Staff were welcoming. We would stay there again. Breakfast was disappointing. We came down at 9:15 and the choice at the bar was limited. We didn’t go for the cooked breakfast option which might have been the way to go.

Really lovely pub with great hotel rooms and parking (at an additional £10). Staff were friendly and helpful, there was a lovely outdoor space and the food (we stayed on for Sunday lunch) was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish, the pub décor was also stylish and comfortable. Don't really know how well connected it was to public transport as we drove there and then walked everywhere we wanted to go. All round great experience and would stay again if I needed to be in that part of London.

Very clean and comfortable attractive decor with en-suite Would definitely stay again

Very cute and cozy Inn. We had a really nice room (King bed) with a great shower on the top floor. No elevator, which could be an issue for older clientelle. Room was clean with lots of nice extra touches (basket of reasonably priced goodies, complimentary milk in the fridge for morning coffee, record player with albums). Overall would definitely recommend and will return.
