立地はとても良かったです。バスターミナルとコスメル島へのフェリー乗り場がすぐ近くにあり、目の前に公共のビーチがあります。また観光の中心地である５番街も近いので、レストランやみやげ物屋、ショッピングモール、コンビニエンスストアなど、お店には困らないです。お部屋やシャワールームも広々としていました。

部屋は清潔で，広いバスタブがよかった。

プラヤの中心部、コスメル行きのフェリー乗り場、ADOバスターミナルにも近く　アクセスは抜群によかった。 清潔感もあったし、ホテルライフを楽しむ旅であれば充分です！ 部屋に入れば、そんなに外の音も気にならない。海はほとんど見えなかったけど。 フロントの人は全く英語通じず&チェックインの際　全く説明とかなかったですが、 感じ悪くはなかったです。 Google翻訳使って言いたいこと伝えようとしたら、相手も同じようにしてくれましたし。 プラヤに行く機会あったら、また泊まってみてもいいかなー。

立地は最高です。横はコスメル行きフェリーポート。少し横に長距離バス乗り場です。客室は、普通に快適です。が、景観は望めません。ホテルの前は、がらくたの廃屋の敷地。そのずっと先に、海となり。オーシャンフロントスィートという名前の部屋の眺望は、金網と、廃屋の遠くに、海でした。なので、残念なホテルでした。窓をあけたら、ゴミの山…というのをお忘れなく。

Excellent location. Hair dryer provided. The room was hot, it took long for it to cool off. It would be nice of them to leave it on at least an hour prior to check in. The check in process was quick. They provide luggage storage for before or after our stay. I would stay here again.

I had a Junior Suite. The beach view was nice. Air conditioner worked well. Room was very clean, staff was great. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the shower head sprayed everywhere except in a straight line. The bathroom floor was soaked every time I got a shower because there was no door or curtain. Otherwise, the location was great, right near the beach and 5th Ave.

Excellent time at this hotel for a second time. Fantastic location, close to the beach and restaurants. AC kept us cool in the room. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. We will be back many more times.

Me tocó un baño tapado al llegar sin embargo se atendió, las recamaristas y recepcionistas son de lo más amables, loas habitaciones son amplias y confortables. *Cómo observación: que la cafetera si alcance a conectar al enchufe. Es la segunda vez que me hospedó ahí y me encanta!!!

Excellent location to taxi, beach, 5th ave. 4 return stay. Very hard bed and extra large hard pillows, too large for sleeping, bring your own. Large smart tv is a plus. We will return.

First off, great location! The beach is a few feet away from the entrance and the start of 5th ave! Staff was nice. Not much of a view outside because it’s by a broken down building and unclean lawn area. But at least it’s right next to the beach. My biggest grip was the horrible WiFi service. Which meant no phone coverage or TV coverage

I liked the hotel. They cleaned it every morning while I was away and it was nice to come in and it look spotless. And it’s right by the beach and close to pretty much everything. It’s walking distance to the ferry’s and the shopping plaza. They have a desk there with people who will sell your tours at good prices. Ask for the salesperson Enrique he was amazing and made sure everything went smoothly with the tours we bought. There is air conditioning, friendly staff. Only issue was that you would have to unplug the WiFi and reconnect it in order to get back onto their internet if you left the premises. But it’s ok it wasn’t a big deal and was easy.

Raccoons on the property and in the empty lot in front of the hotel. Had to return remotes for TV and AC to the desk upon checkout which was odd. The room was spacious.

Hubo problemas con la conexión al WiFi, y el sanitario no funcionaba correctamente, aunque fue el personal de mantenimiento a checar el depósito de agua, siguió sin funcionar. La alberca no estaba limpia. El personal de recepción muy amables, en especial el chico del turno nocturno. La chica de limpieza de la habitación también muy bien, incluso nos dejó figuritas lindas con las toallas.

El hotel tiene un excelente ubicación, la habitación era espaciosa, limpia y sobretodo muy bonita, moderna. Además de recibir un excelente trato por parte del personal.

This is the best location! Close to bus terminal, the ferry to Cozumel, and right at Fifth Ave. Super clean rooms and friendly staff!
