エレベーターがなく不便だが古いアパートに住む感じで楽しめた

快適に過ごせました。

部屋はコンパクトですが、マドリード中心地に近く、スタッフの方もとても親切かつフレンドリーで非常によかったです。

2泊しました。とても清潔で心地の良い部屋でした。が、フロントの方の対応が人によってばらばらなのが残念でした。朝〜昼間の方はとても懇切丁寧に質問に対しても返答してくれましたが、夕方〜夜の方はぶっきらぼうな対応でただ鍵の受け渡しをするだけの人といった感じでした。せっかく地下鉄から近く立地もかなりよく、部屋もキレイなのにもったいないと思いました。今後の改善に期待したいです。

Locationは少しわかりずらいが、部屋は比較的綺麗でした。値段相応な感想です。3階の部屋でしたがエレベーターが無かったので、スーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。

Sol駅の1駅隣でかつ、駅近のホテルで立地条件はバツグンに良いです。ですが、入り口がとても小さく、ホテルらしい構えをしていないので、入るまでに大分迷いました。設備、対応についてはとても丁寧、キレイでコストパフォーマンスは最高です。チェックイン後、ホテルの人が荷物を持って部屋まで付いてきてくださり、色々と説明を細かくしてくれました。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも夜遅くまで対応してくれて、かつレセプションではない他の場所に保管してくれるようで安心できました。

We had a room on the 4th floor with the terrace. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great (the pillows were a bit lumpy). All the staff are amazing! So helpful! Be aware there is no lift. The location is great for walking to everwhere. But there is always a huge police presence due to ongoing disturbances. Wouldn't recommend it for families. Single travellers need to be aware of the adjoining neighbourhood.

Alojamiento con encanto en el centro de Madrid , el piso es espectacular y tiene un terraza súper chula pero ha que subir escaleras y alas de entrar a la habitación son tremendas , pra corta estancia o personas ágiles es perfecto.

We were so pleasantly surprised. Wasn’t sure what to expect but the service was incredible, 24 hour front desk, lean rooms, locally staff, amazing location with walking distance to Sol and Gran Via. Nothing bad to say. Such a lovely little establishment!

Marianne and Gala were very kind and welcoming, and deserve a raise in salary. The balcony was a plus; and the option to leave our bags for the day was a big help in our ability to enjoy our last day in Madrid. Thank you.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita, bagno piccolo (soprattutto il lavandino, davvero piccolo) ma doccia abbastanza ampia. Vicinanza alla Metro molto comoda e la posizione è buona anche per spostarsi a piedi, se si desidera.

Room was ok, the staff very friendly. The only problem was the noise outside, in the middle of night, hard to sleep. It was nothing that the hotel could control, it just the lack of consideration by the people moving something in the middle of the night was amazing.

Estupendo para una estancia corta. Muy limpio y cuidado. Buena ubicación en zona céntrica y segura pero sin aglomeraciones con acceso fácil al metro. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto. Precio perfecto. Totalmente recomendable.

Excellent base for a couple of days/nights while in Madrid for the NFL. The staff were extremely helpful for starters, the room was clean and comfortable. Strong shower and wifi.Very close to the Metro and bars/restaurants. Budget supermarket (Lidl) also nearby. Will book again when in Madrid.
