早朝着だったので午前中に着いたところ、12:30には部屋の準備を整えて連絡を頂いた。 予約を誤って1日にしていたが、すぐに同じ部屋で2日間の予約に変更対応してくれた。 部屋の掃除はこちらの都合で断ったが、バスタオルの交換や氷のリクエストなど迅速に対応してくれた。 朝食も満足出来るレベル。

フロントは24時間空いていて、とても親切だった。朝食は選択肢が多く、野菜やフルーツも充実していた。室内の温度調節ができず、暑かった。静かな場所にあった。Wifiが全く繋がらなかった。

玄関は古い街並みに馴染んで分かりづらいのですが、入るとまさにLuxury！それなりに高いが、ロケーションと設備を考えるとレーズナブルです。

Muy bien ubicado. Puedes llegar caminando o en taxi a las atracciones turísticas. Las habitaciones son grandes, amplias y tranquilas. El personal muy amable y atento. Divide de recepción y Stephanie del restaurante siempre nos atendieron muy bien. Muy buen hotel. Volvería a reservarlo.

Very dark inside. No bathroom storage or shelves.

The rooms are super nice and really big, very highly recommend staying here if you’re staying in this area. 5 min walk to borghese gardens and right by the subway to get to other tourist attractions. Good food and shopping around the hotel and very easy to get to the main attractions from there. Would stayin this hotel and area if you’re looking to spend a couple days seeing the Rome highlights

I like everything

The room was so spacious and the terrace view was amazing. The property was a 20 minute walk to most of the touristy areas so it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to see but also very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect and well located

Our room a was large, clean and modern. The hotel is located in a nice section of Rome.

Notre séjour au Divina Luxury Hôtel a été parfait. La chambre etait très spacieuse avec un lit king Size très confortable. La décoration est de très bon goût et que dire de la très grande salle de bain avec double vasque et douche immense. Et surtout tout était d'une propreté impeccable. Le personnel a été très accueillant et très sympathique. J'y séjournerai à nouveau dans hésiter.
