インフィニティプールが素晴らしく、時間を忘れてゆったりとリフレッシュできました。マウンテンビューの部屋に泊まりましたが、こちらも景色がよかったです。一泊だけでしたが、三泊ぐらいしたいホテルでした。

全て素晴らしい 一流のホテルでした

全ての面でレベルの高いホテルでした。特に、スタッフの対応及び施設のレベルには目を見張るものがありました。また、部屋やプールからの風景も最高です。まさにラグジュアリーです。

空港からは少し距離があるが、景色は最高でした。街へ歩いて坂道を降りて20分くらい。本数は少ないが送迎バスもあり。朝食が美味しくて毎日楽しみでした！ 日本人には一組も会いませんでした。アジアの方もほとんどいません。

プライベートビーチはありませんが二時間置きにビーチへのバスがあるので便利です。ビーチ沿いにはさまざまな店があり、パルマでは味わえないゆったりとした地元的雰囲気です。ちなみに日本人は一人もいませんでした。 ホテルはとても優雅な気分になれます。システムは最新でさすがドバイでの有名なホテルだなと思いました。 空港からはタクシーで３０分ぐらいかかりますが宿泊する価値はあると思います。 プールは子供と大人と別れていて最高です。日本レベルのおもてなしが受けれます。

The room was super clean, we were upgraded as part of our honeymoon and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival to the room. The amenities are incredible and like nothing we’ve had before. All staff were extremely attentive and everything is included in breakfast. The dining options are wonderful and food was great. The pool staff were very friendly and tended to every need. The hotel has a WhatsApp communication which is extremely responsive to all needs such as booking taxis, dinner reservations and extra supplies in the room.

As returning guests, we had high expectations, but unfortunately this time our stay was clouded by poor check-in service including unfortunate room allocation and a lacking understanding of our dissatisfaction.

This venue is spectacular. It is beautifully located with a magnificent view of the Serra de Tramuntana. The shuttle servie to Port Soller was very convenient. The Hotel staff was extremely professional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

What stuck out to me at this hotel is the beautiful sunset views. If you eat at breakfast or lunch at their restaurant beware of the bees that will attack you. I think the staff should let you know about that before seating you as its a well known issue. The tasting menu restaurant food was not good. It was beautiful and the woman explaining everything was awesome but the food did not have flavor.

Beautiful report , excellent and helpful staff . The only problem we had were the number of bees that frequently gathered around our breakfast table, disturbed our peace and interrupted us making us having to leave the table.

Beautiful area, nice hotel and good for kids but not worth the price. Not like other jumeriah properties in Dubai. Staff friendly but very young and not experienced. Needs stronger management and leadership during busy periods.

All staff were very inexperienced, there is only one person on concierge desk. It was not like Jumeirah hotel... Moreover third bed in our room were sooooo uncomfortable
