Pros - staff were very pleasant. -booking and check in process was good. -breakfast was good -beds comfortable Cons -Check in was at 2p but the hallways leading to the rooms were cluttered with bedding and towels from house keeping. Not an appealing site when walking to room. Especially since ja was check in time. -A.M. shower and sink water was not available!!! -when discussed with staff only an apology was given NO compensation was given for not having working water in the morning -on our way to breakfast the hallways AGAIN where cluttered with bedding and linens from house keeping. -location not close to anytime

It was perfectly okay! Staff were really nice. Bit noisy but for the price - great location and a fine stay!

This is a good, basic, highly affordable hotel not far from Borough Market and transport to the city centre. Staff were friendly and the area around the hotel felt safe and was quiet. The breakfast was simple and uninspired- but then again it was complimentary. I had a single room with en-suite. I also had tea and coffee making supplies and a refrigerator in my room. My only suggestion would be to maybe consider some additional lighting options as the overhead lighting was stark.

We were incredibly happy with our stay. A short tube ride in to the city and certainly had all we needed. Nice and quiet. Staff were amazing and incredibly welcoming. Supermarket just down the street. Snacks on hand and the most beautiful welcome on arrival. Luggage storage was also much appreciated.

Excellent location for sightseeing London

Renholdet var ikke særlig bra. Fant hår i sengen og i dusjen. Det luktet frityr fra restauranten under, og det var mye bråk av viften. Kunne ikke åpne vinduet på rommet for luft, pga bråk og enda mer lukt.

The room did not have water for the 2/3days i was there akd unable to wash. There was much noise througout the night and early mormings.

Personalen var väldigt vänliga, speciellt Eva som öppnade frukost restaurangen för oss tidigare när vi behövde det. Det var också fint att ha vatten och frukt tillgängliga för oss hela vistelsen.

Room had anything needed for a short stay (tea, biscuits, coffee, water). Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Great value for price

The room was okay, smaller than i anticipated but was manageable. The guests were courteous. The breakfast menu was limited in options but still good quality.

Personal waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer freundlich. Täglich wurde Wasser und Obst im Zimmer aufgefüllt. Zimmer recht klein, waren sauber. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett, das war ziemlich klein zu zweit, aber für 3 Nächte ging es gerade. Zentrale Lage, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

房間很乾淨，只是擺了兩張床後，空間變得很小，沒有收納空間。服務人員人很好，我半夜抵達時，他還幫我開門，給我房卡，告訴我房間位置及早餐時間。房間內有水及餅乾，可惜蘋果有點爛掉了。房間有暖氣設備真好，外面氣溫只有6°C，非常冷。
