総合評価とレビュー Holiday Inn SASKATOON DOWNTOWN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The check in was not enjoyable. I was accosted by a persistent homeless person asking for money who wouldn’t take no for an answer. No security staff in sight or hotel staff to ask the person to leave. I was then met by this person trying to get into the parking garage, who was making it difficult for me to enter. The second night of my stay was met with children running around the halls and banging on my door all night, including at 3:30 and 4:30am. This was during the hotel “quiet” hours. Why have a policy if you’re not going to enforce it. The rooms are looking tired and my room could have been cleaner. I wasn’t impressed with my stay at this location.

Our room is noce and clean. Love how big the sizes of lotion, hand wash and shampoo. Its quiet. Just dont like the two staff (guy) working in the evening, the other guy is kinda racist. The other one my goodness didnt even activated the parking in our room card, so we have to go back and forth. But i like the lady that works in the morning she is very accomodating, friendly and nice to talk to.

The breakfast at the Hub is good.The pool and hot tub are too small. The hot tub was luke warm. There were several kids causing chaos in the pool. The rooms, pool and hotel are getting run down. The hotel was not very clean. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We loved everything!; I highly recommend holiday In for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

Staff was great very friendly, place was good, couple of things first the bed we had in our room was Hard wasnt really comfortable, and the 2nd people who dont have an actual credit card should be able to leave a deposit on a visa debit, i lucked out and had a friend there with a credit card but if i didnt i wouldnt have been allowed to stay there which is a shame as i do like Holiday Inn’s and you would probably have more people come as your place is clean and your staff are great!!

Ate at the restaurant. I had the boneless ribs. They were absolutely fantastic
