ホテル内のどの方々からもたいへんきめ細やかなサービスを受けました。こちらの不安を先回りして除いてくれるような心配りをしていただきました。 美しいリゾート地、ソレントに相応しいホテルだと思います。

部屋からはヴェスヴィオ山とナポリ湾の景色が広がり、ホテル内の雰囲気も優雅で落ち着きます。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切です。

これほど眺望抜群のホテルは世界中にもそう多くはないと思います。また、ホテル内装飾、家具等のセンスの良さはさすがです。宿泊前のメールを通じての種々のリクエストに迅速に対応してくれて行く前から良い印象を持った。 5泊6日で滞在しましたが、ベランダから眺めるナポリ湾、ベスビオ、そして夕焼けから夜景への移り変わり、いつまでもここにいたいと感じ、幸福感に包まれていました。 ほとんどのスタッフの対応は良かったですが、一部あいさつを返さないスタッフがいたのが残念です。 天井から水漏れがあり、ソファがぬれました。夕食に行っている間に修繕されていましたが、ソファはそのまま、ホテルからお詫びの一言もなかった。まあイタリアだからと思えばいいことですが。 バスタブがついてないのが残念で、割高な感じがした。 素晴らしいホテルだと思うがまだ改善点はある。

ソレント滞在初日に宿泊しました。 立地、スタッフ、施設全てに置いてパーフェクトでした。本当に心に残る滞在がてきた事に感謝しています。 いつかまた必ず訪れたいホテルです。

今回のステイは4日間であったが、快適な4日間であった。こじんまりとしたリゾートホテルの雰囲気で、スタッフも親切であった。ホテルからビーチへはすぐだったので、ホテルのビーチで泳いだが、場所が少し日がげなのでそれが残念だった。ホテルのテラスレストランは眺めが最高で、ホテル宿泊者以外も来るので予約をした方がいいであろう。ただ、このレストランの会計は時間がかかるので急いでいる人にはお勧め出来ない。でもとてもいい滞在ができました。

The hotel is beautiful and the property location is extraordinary. The public areas are breathtaking but the rooms are very dated and smell like mold.

This could just be the most beautiful property! The staff is amazing. The rooms are beautiful. It is a magical experience. Couple things to note . Not a complaint. The hotel is eco friendly so the soaps, shampoos are in bar form. Sorrento has stairs and cobblestones but is far more walkable than Capri etc. Book this hotel !

The setting of the property is beautiful. Was surprised at the lack of food / drink service at their private pier on the water.

Unbelievable views and the kindest staff I have ever met

Gorgeous property. We stayed for 4 nights. Service was impeccable and professional from the gate security/greeter (Roberto), front desk (Roberta), concierge (Francisco), restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff (Happy). We will stay here again for sure!

Clean rooms with great view, restaurants staff can improve service with smile and greeting. We’ve stayed in Rome and Puglia/Seveletri region where staff and services were excellent (all 5 star stays), in comparison Bellevue was subpar. They had trouble getting the breakfast order correct each morning. The location and view were very good. Easy walk to fairy station or take the hotel golf cart ride.

Everything is perfect! This hotel is the best of the best and I travel weekly.

It was a pleasure to stay at Belleview, everyone there tried their best to do everything possible to make us comfy. The hotel is one of a kind! Superb! There was only one incident, when the waitress gave us red orange juice, very sour, while other guests were getting regular light colored orange juice. When asked about it, she said that she mixed other types of oranges, and she left our table without offering us the regular juice.This was not very nice of her. But overall- it was v nice experience.
