スタッフのサービスは良いのですが、部屋の快適さは残念ながら低い。 シャワー、洗面所はお湯が出ない。 水圧も低く苦労します。 カーペットにはノミが多く、素足ソックスではかなりの数ノミにやられます。 マリオットの名が泣きます。改善して下さい。

I chose this hotel for an early flight the next morning. The check-in was great; they offered a welcome drink and explained the breakfast service, which I found to be very thorough. A word of caution, the neighborhood outside doesn't seem to be the safest, so it's probably best to have your meals at the hotel or the airport.

Convenient location attached by a walkway to Terminal 1 (note: there is a tram between Terminal 1 & 2 that is easy to use.) The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, water pressure in the shower is not that strong, the gym was nice, elevators were quick, and breakfast was very good. The personalized taxi transport was very good and reasonably priced. We felt very safe in the hotel and had a wonderful time.

Solo que cambien las cebollas de las regarderas es la tercera habitación que está horrible y con el costo que tiene la habitación deberian revisar estos detalles

Great hotel in the Benito Juarez Airport if you are catching an early flight the next morning. It’s walking distance to 1 terminal and a shuttle bus is available every half hour to other terminals.

The best property for a late arrival or an early departure. A good hub for bus transportation throughout central Mexico and within Mexico City. Multiple dining options within the airport and more economical options in the neighborhood just outside the airport for Spanish speakers. Workout room has a good set of dumbbells, a cable machine, several stand alone focused machines, ellipticals, treadmills, rowing machine, recumbent and upright exercise bikes.

It was unique because staff are available and helpful. Also it was a great stay due to convinient acces to food places to eat.

Se llega por la terminal 1. Por el piso de 1 donde están las comidas. Un nivel arriba de la puerta 7 de la salida que es Planta baja.
