一階にはパブや中庭があり、建物も素敵なホテルでした。部屋も古さはあるものの、とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。唯一、建物が古いために、窓の構造が二重窓で換気できないのが残念でした。スタッフも心地よく対応してくれたので、ロンドンから戻ってくると安心感のある場所でした。

クラシックで伝統的なイギリスのパブとホテルから成る建物。真新しさはないが建物内部は全般的に清潔に保たれていて、浴室も客室も綺麗に清掃されていた。設備面でもコーヒーマシンに無料の水が2本、アイロン、金庫、ドライヤー、アメニティも揃っていて言うことなし。Ealing中心部からやや離れていてバスで5分から10分の距離に立地するが、宿泊料金の割にコストパフォーマンスが良いホテル。

シングルルームだった為か部屋自体はそれほど広くはありませんでしたが、部屋にカプセル式のコーヒーマシンがあるなど、とても快適に滞在できました。

ヒースロー空港とロンドン市内の中間辺りに位置するイーリングという町にあるホテルで、2017年10月に３泊しました。ちょっとクラシカルな古めのホテルです。初めてのイギリスのホテルなので、他との比較はできないので、単純にファーストインプレッションですが、こじんまりとした小さなホテルですが、快適に過ごせました。部屋は広めで、バスルームも清潔です。バスタブもありますが、シャワーでも十分です（水栓などはすべてグローエ社製）。ダブルベッドも快適。気になるような匂いは部屋にもシーツなどにもありません。部屋の電源コンセント数もパソコンやスマホなどの充電には十分な数があります。ただ、冷蔵庫がないのが残念でした。

早朝出発の際、お願いしたら、朝食用のサンドイッチを作ってくれました！

駐車場無料はありがたいです。徒歩圏内にスーパーマーケットがあり、便利。 最寄りのWest Earling駅は日曜はclosedなのが、たまにキズですが。 あとは、部屋に冷蔵庫があれば、言うことなしなのです。

朝食付きでお手頃な値段でした。とてもフレンドリーな対応で、部屋も騒音などなく静かに過ごせました。中庭も素敵で寛げました。朝食もエッグベネディクトやパンケーキなどオーダーでき、美味しかったです。チェックイン後の荷物も快く預かってもらえました。部屋もとても綺麗でコーヒーマシーンやクッキーなど美味しく頂けました。また、コーヒー用にミルクが毎日水筒？の様な入れ物に入れて用意されているのも良かったです。次もロンドン滞在の際はこちらに滞在します(^o^)

ナショナルレールのウエストイーリング駅（空港からはヒースローコネクトで直接行けます）から歩いてすぐのホテル。駅を出て左を向けばすぐにわかります。こじんまりとしたホテルですが、WiFi、併設パブ、歩いて行けるスーパー（5分ほどでWaitroseがあります）等、必用なものは全て揃っています（バスルームのタイルが接着不良で剥がれましたが、その程度は外国のホテルでは良くあることなので気になりませんでした）。ウエストイーリングの隣のイーリングブロードウエーからは地下鉄に乗れますので、市内中心部へのアクセスも、乗り継ぎと待ち時間を除けば20～30分程度です。なお、ウエストイーリングの駅は日曜は閉まるという日本的には考えられない仕様ですが、イーリングブロードウエー方面へのアックスブリッジロードにはバスが頻繁に走っていますし、イーリングブロードウエー駅までは歩いても20分かからないで行けます。

Excellent all round hotel with great location, friendly staff and great pub

Always loved my stay here - I’m not sure if it’s a mistake, but I feel like I’ve been assigned a smaller room than what I booked. All other aspects off the stay was great - staff is always amazing and breakfast is my fave,

Really positive welcome from staff. Free drink on arrival and amazing room and breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer.

This hotel is impeccable. It's a five star experience in all respects where dogs are welcomed and loved. The dining and pub are exceptional. Very comfortable beds. Gorgeous bathrooms. The attention to detail is what you would expect at a five star hotel with so many little touches. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is included and is amazing. I literally can't fault anything here and want to shout from the rooftops how good this place is. I stay often so have experienced a number of the rooms and they are all wonderful.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect. Comfortable, tastefully decorated and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend the full English breakfast and Fish and chips off the bar menu . Overall a wonderful stay made even better by the staff and general atmosphere.

Gorgeous property. The pub is excellent and the staff goes above and beyond to help with all your needs. We always stay there when we go thru London.

This is an amazing hotel with incredible attention to detail for everything. It feels like a 5* stay. The breakfast is amazing. The staff are so friendly. My dog was given a gift basket. This is a 10/10 at 5* levels. Impossible to say anything negative. One minute from transport which takes doesn't take long to get to Central London (maybe 10 minutes on the Elizabeth Line). The hotel is also in a nice area on a treelined street and some shops for anything you need.
