セントロに徒歩圏内で、地下に駐車場があるホテル。 エレベーターでフロントまで行けチェックインできました。 施設は古いですが、清掃はきちんとできており快適に過ごせました。 スタッフもフレンドリーで気持ちよく滞在できました。

サカテカス観光の拠点として利用したが、コンビニが近くに有り便利。大聖堂があるメインストリートにもほど近く、観光の拠点として利用するには良いと思われる。駐車場は敷地内だが、少し停めにくいので、大きい車は駐車するのが少し大変。メインストリート近くなので食事や買い物はしやすい。

El estacionamiento es amplio y siempre disponible. Ubicación buena y el staff es servicial. La alberca siempre disponible aunque el agua siempre está de templada a fría. El bar de la alberca siempre en fuera de servicio al igual que la cafetería-bar . El desayuno del restaurante es muy simple, huevo, chilaquiles y frijoles ( cumple pero no hay variedad). No hay clima en las habitaciones, sólo es aire lavado. El ventilador no funcionaba bien y hacía mucho ruido. No hay servicio a la habitación. En general es bueno si te vas a dedicar completamente a conocer la ciudad. (Solo para ir a descansar)

My mom travels every other month/year back to our hometown, Zacatecas. We always book this place because it’s right in the heart of it all. Staff is amazing, goes above and beyond. And very affordable!

The hotel building itself is beautiful and has a charming colonial style, which was the main highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property is in desperate need of a major renovation and update. The furniture throughout the hotel, including the lobby and restaurant, appears extremely old and worn. It honestly made us wonder if any of it has ever been replaced. Our room felt outdated, and the bathroom was very small, making it difficult to even close the door comfortably. We also noticed a strong sewer or drainage odor that was unpleasant during our stay. Upon arrival, we found that the bedding cover was dirty and had to request a replacement. The staff handled the issue politely and were friendly throughout our visit, which we appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was another disappointment. There were only a few options available, very limited variety, and only one fruit choice (watermelon). There was no cereal, very little bread selection, and overall not enough choices to justify staying for breakfast. We ended up eating at a restaurant outside the hotel instead. While the staff was courteous and the colonial architecture is attractive, the hotel needs a significant remodel, updated furnishings, improved room conditions, and a better breakfast offering. In its current condition, it did not meet our expectations

Check-in was great, and when we got to our room, we were impressed by how nice and attractive it looked. The hotel is in a great location, so we went out to explore the area and didn't return until around midnight. When I tried to take a shower, there wasn't a single drop of hot water. I ended up having to shower with freezing cold water, which was very disappointing. Before breakfast the next morning, I went to the front desk to report the issue. The receptionist told me there was nothing she could do because maintenance wouldn't be in until 9:00 a.m. Having worked in hospitality myself, I felt there were other ways the situation could have been handled. For example, offering access to an empty room to shower or at least providing a sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, it felt like I was bothering her by bringing the lack of hot water to her attention. To make matters worse, the hot water issue was still unresolved when it was time to leave, so I had to take a second freezing cold shower before checking out. The room itself was nice and the location was excellent, but the issue with the hot water and the response from the front desk left a negative impression.

El lugar está muy céntrico y de fácil acceso

"La ubicación del hotel es excelente y la atención del personal fue muy amable. Sin embargo, mi experiencia no fue del todo satisfactoria: las camas rechinan al moverse, las cobijas tenían un olor desagradable, las toallas estaban muy desgastadas y deshilachadas, y el desayuno no cumplió con mis expectativas."

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación, su personal es amable y están muy atentos a lo que requerimos. Muy buen servicio y una excelente estancia.

Mal el hotel ya que no me quisieron dar factura dijeron que expedia la tiene que dar porque a ellos se le pago y expedia investigando, NO DAN FACTURA porque es una empresa extranjera
