地方都市なので仕方ないですが、周辺はあまり充実していません。 ホテルの清潔度はいまいちです。

出張で　1泊づつ飛び飛びで　5人で4部屋　3回宿泊しました 最初から　すこしChecck In時 段取り悪くインド的のろさはあったのですが、 最終日　夜11じ過ぎにCheck inした時　部屋準備ができていないので　15分待ってほしいが　数回続き 結局　数時間待たされた挙句　2部屋しか手配できず　シングル部屋に　エキストラベットをいれて　2部屋で寝てほしいという対応　私たち以外も10人程度いたが　彼らはどうなったのか不明 英語ができたから　それなりに交渉できたが　先払いで　こういう事態はどういうことだ！！といってもしれに対する当日の　マネージャーは黙っているだけで　朝食サービスの対応だけで謝りもしない　インド的対応　Expediaを通じて返金することしかいわない 2度と予約する気はない！！ 　

I used free shuttle bus to the golden temple. The driver was very kind and his driving was safe. It was comfortable.

Wifiがうまく機能しませんでした。周辺のショッピングモール等がない点不便です。

Parking Breakfast

Hotel itself and amenities are fantastic but sadly majority of staff have no people skills in hospitality. They can be rude and disrespectful. This is my second stay here and we have them the benefit of doubt and stayed again but it was the same. Will not recommend or stay here again

Everything was good

One of the best stays and the staff was very polite and they served us in really good manner. One of the most beautiful property’s in Amritsar. Loved the way they keep the things updated. It was more than expected

Exceptional value for money. All staff from gate and door guards, to restaurant wait staff and other front of house were absolutely delightful, friendly and beyond polite and respectful. This is the hotel you need to stay at if you’re wanting proximity to the airport and a comfortable stay.

Very comfortable stay with family.

I had a excellent experience for my stay all the amenities and room was great. Although the smart tv was not as convenient but the room was very neat and clean with a very cozy and comfortable bed. Everything was great. Overall very pleasant experience. Surely prefer next time too

Hotel is great. The rooms are spacious but the door to bathroom was very heavy and not easy to open. There was also a foul smell when you entered the rooms

Room Air-conditioning not working properly, had to change room 3 times during the night. Most of the staff was polite except for duty manager during the day. He had arrogance and was not willing to listen.

AC doesnt work in the suites

First expressions were great… very welcoming and great appearance

Ex near the airport. Shuttle available but is quite expensive. Food is good quality. Rooms are spacious and convenient for airport access. All in all a comfortable stay
